Rude employee! No employee was present at the counter. When he did show up he refused to cook the chicken because he said it was too late for it to cook. Mind you it was only a question of 5 minutes and I was waiting for at least 10 minutes for him to show up.

Best Portuguese Charcoaled Chicken we have had. Our office staff management has been buying chicken for Saturday employee lunches for 10 years. It's unanimous, hands down, best chicken. Authentic, Juicy, Crispy Portugues style chicken with the perfect amount of hot sauce, ask for extra hot if you like it HOT.
Can't wait to try the Portuguese, Bifana Sandwich (Portugues Pork Slices in a freshly baked bun). We all can't wait until next Saturday!

Just returned from Portugal and were thrilled to see this place, located inside the Intermarché Palumbo.
Took out the piri piri chicken and it was delicious. Moist and flavorful. Bought some Portuguese buns as well.
We also tried their pastels de nata and pastels de feijao, and they were equally fantastic. So surprised & delighted with the thin crunchy crust- matching those made in Portugal. A great treat for West Islanders!

I ordered on DoorDash, and the chicken just tasted so so bad. I did like the fries though, which were supposed to be a side dish, but turned into my main dish.

I’m also not a fan of the packaging.

In the photo I uploaded, I did not touch the drumstick bone in the top right - they really did send a meatless bone in the box!

Best Portuguese chicken in West Island! Ordered at least once a week for last few months. Me and my coworkers are addicted!

Being Portuguese myself, I must say that this place serves the most delicious Portuguese chicken in the West Island, surpassing even the downtown restaurants. The chicken is incredibly juicy and truly authentic, reminiscent of the flavors back in Portugal. Moreover, the pricing is excellent considering the quality and quantity of food. We are grateful for your establishment and we'll definitely be returning!

One of the best chicken I ever had. So flavourful! Fries are fresh and unlike most places, they’re not frozen. Nata were on point as well Definitely recommend!

Expérience incroyable chez Frango de l’Ouest. Nous avons pris un poulet complet ainsi que deux sauce piri piri. Le poulet vient découpé en quatre morceaux et il est possible de l’avoir en version piquante. J’ai pris le régulier. Dès qu’on le reçoit dans le plat, ça sent le ciel, et on a juste hâte d’arriver à la maison pour le dévorer. Tout est absolument divin! Le goût est incroyable, la sauce piri piri est incroyable (aussi possible en version piquante ou régulière), les pains portugais sont incroyable et frais du jour. Vraiment, vous ne serez pas déçus par l’expérience! En amour avec ce poulet, et c'est certain que j'y retourne pour l’authenticité portugaise, la qualité de la nourriture et le service amical de chez Frango. Ils ont aussi plusieurs autres items comme de sandwiches, des salades préparées et autres délices du traiteur. Je recommande fortement Frango de l’Ouest.

Awesome combo Piri Piri whole chicken, fresh fries (not the frozen type) + coleslaw. We also bought wings, and to top off Custard Tarts called Pastel de Nata (oh.so delicious, puff pastry shell filled with caramelized custard).

They even have these huge round brioche type sweet bread I think it's called (PÃO DOCE/MASSA SOVADA). Oh my goodness so delicious as I got them fresh.

Excellent! Very flavorful chicken and fries are delicious! Easily as good (if not better) than the chicken from the Portuguese area and very reasonably priced. Very nice and friendly service. Happy to support them!

I visited Frango based on the reviews and some photos I saw. I wasn't disappointed.

Amazing customer service and the gentleman works there took the time to explain the menu and answered all my questions.

I ordered Peri peri chicken poutine, and overall experience was great. The fries portion was very generous, chicken was very tender, and delicious.

I definitely recommend Frango and will try another menu items in the future.

Delicious and best Portuguese chicken in the West Island by far! We usually drive all the way to Ma Poule Mouillée when we crave good chicken! However how lucky are we living in the West Island, that Frango opened near by! This is our go to for chicken when we don’t feel like cooking. The spicy sauce is amazing, the chicken is grilled to perfection, the hand cut fries are delicious and the Natas are fantastic! Everyone who tries it are hooked! We needed this in the West!
