I realized that I was overcharged for my custom bowl after I paid, and they refunded me the $1.25 in cash (they charged me for extra sauce, although I just ordered the 1 it was supposed to come with). I didn't get the $0.19 in tax that I paid back, however. The food was alright. The brown rice had some hard crunchy portions, so I'm thinking it was undercooked. The cilantro lime vinaigrette was delicious, so that really helped add flavour to the bowl. They did give a generous amount of it, fortunately. I'd recommend the mushrooms and beets as toppings! Aside from the cost error, the staff were kind.

Don’t order from this place, they gave us someone else’s order, we paid extra for chicken and didn’t even receive it. Disappointing. Tasted decent but after a long day I’m hungry and wanted rice noodles but got cold rice instead.

J'ai commandé la soupe crémeuse aux tomates via Uber Eats, mais elle n'avait rien de crémeux, c'était de l'eau pure sans saveur.le smoothie aux fruits rouges n'était pas frais et la couleur n'avait rien à voir avec la photo dont ils font la promotion.en conclusion, la nourriture n'est pas fraîche du tout ; mauvais rapport qualité prix.: (

I was in need of some healthy food and this was just the place! I ordered the Market salad as a wrap and chose two eggs as my protein! They ended up forgetting to put in the eggs but realized their mistake and offered me a free drink which was totally unnecessary but very nice. Service was speedy which was good because I was quiet hungry. I did end up getting mango in my wrap since they were out of strawberries but it was a great change! Overall would totally come here again as they were very accommodating even when I asked for dressing on the side! Superb meal.

Food is great if you are looking for a healthy fast food alternative. The veggies were Fresh. Service was rushed, they didn't wait for me to complete my payment nor give me my bill and they were off doing something else. The main thing I was disappointed is they have compostable utensils and bowl but no compost option to throw out when eating there. This makes me question if they compost at all. I would love to get confirmation that this company is going a bit more for the environment and everything is not just going to waste.

Service was poor. Did not get all ingredients mentioned. Sloppy work from servers. Did not deserve my tip.

I dined in, the food was very fresh, the customer service was 5/5. Quiet atmosphere & nice for a peaceful lunch break.

I used to love coming here a few years ago and hadn’t been back in a while. I ordered the same thing I used to order and it was awful. Way too much rice in my burrito and two pieces of tofu when I payed extra for it. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I was barely even acknowledged. Food didn’t taste fresh at all, portions were small and the restaurant looked like it was dirty and falling apart. 0/10.

Some of the most deplorable customer service I have ever experienced. Rice was undercooked, bowl instructions weren't followed, portions were small. 0/10.

I eat here pretty often after my workouts. Staff are really friendly, food is great, love it here

I usually order from here through A La Carte Express and their salads are quite good but this time i decided to order extra steak with my Chou kale cesar only to find the bowl half empty- barely any kale and mostly quinoa. There was no sauce and at first I was grateful I at least ordered extra steak to fill me up, only to find out it was very fatty pork and not steak. I don’t eat pork so this was a very inedible half empty dish for me.

The place was simple and nice, The Food its really tasty and fresh even the sauces in the salad

They didn't acknowledge in person customers for about 20 minutes because they were doing online orders.
