Le superviseur de soir qui travaille le vendredi n’est pas respectueuse du tt, elle a refuser a s’identifier et donner son nom aux clients.

Très mauvais service à la clientèle.j'arrive pour essayer des vêtements.la madame est impolie et me crie dessus au lieu d'expliquer poliment comment les choses fonctionnent.tant pis pour eux ils ont perdu 100$ de transactions et je ne retournerai plus à cette place.la dame devrait perdre son emploi.

I recommend you to take your needs from them just for sac of charity

Good sélection for nice findings. Some prices are odd (they separate two pièces of a pajama's set and sold them like two items.)

I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with this store. The employees and managers are rude and don’t know how to approach costumers. The items in the store are donated and for some reason they are very strict on selling them? A tea set weather a pair or not should not be that hard to sell. There seems to be no manager around to speak to in the store. Needs more cashier as the wait in the line is really long on busy days. The employees and managers need a friendlier approach and understand that their store caters to people who wants to save money and help the environment and not make the customers feel like they are being restricted off a bargain item.

Il vende a des prix plus élevés que toute les autres friperies et déjà que chez les autres nous devons faire attention, une casserole que j'ai acheté pour 7,85$ dans une autre friperie ici a Cotes-des-neiges il le vende 17,85, en plus la caissière devrait changer de département car elle était très bête et a chialer quand je lui ai demandé des papiers journal pour envelepper ma vaisselle pcq elle m'rn avait donné 1 fois mais vraiment pas asser, je n'y retourne plus jamais

These stores used to have really good prices, but now they are increasing everything. A lot of items have prices as if they were new and many things are in really bad condition. There was a mini bag that new in an online store is $9.00 and they have for $15.85 (just to mention one) and no, it wasn't mislabeled because I asked. I don't mind paying the fair price for something that's worth it, but when it's too much is not cool. At the end it's better to pay for something new. Also several times I've been charged 2 and 3 dollars more than the price on the label. Yes, there are still some good things you could find if you're lucky, but in general it's not that good anymore, I love these stores, but I'm taking a break at least until management can check what's going on.

Love this renaissance. It’s huge, for sure you will find something for you or your house. 100% recommended. Nice staff too

Love this place. It's not just the low prices - the staff is friendly and helpful and patient. Mona is awesome, but I have had a positive experience with everyone who works there. Don't let the low prices fool you - the customer service here puts Walmart, Canadian Tire, and Maxi to shame! Thank you Renaissance.
