Frite Alors

J’ai toujours aimé la cuisine du frite alors, mais depuis qu’ils ont remplacé les pains ciabatta fait dans le toaster par les pains avec sésame fait directement sur la plaque, je n’y vais plus, étant donné que j’ai certaines allergies incluant le sesame. Je pense qu’offrir une alternative pour les personnes allergiques ne serait pas de tort. Je suis tout de même très satisfait du service offert.

Je suis rendu que je vais chez mcdo qui offre un option à la place de chez vous.

Grand choix de poutines. Certes ça n'est pas le plat le plus raffiné, mais là elles sont vraiment bonnes

Ordered Mexican poutine. Basically, it was only ketchup sauce and caramelized onion on top of a classic poutine! It tasted terrible n didn't worth the price at all

Mouais prenait une petite frite si vous ne voulez pas être déçue. Je pensais retrouver les VRAIS frites belges bien croquantes au final ce n’était que des petites frites bien grasses. Je ne recommande pas, j’y suis allé une fois mais pas deux… Malgré le service impeccable

Below average poutine. Not sure what the hype is about. Maybe after a night of drinking it’s okay.

$45 for a terrible poutine and sandwich. Very little sauce or cheese. Walmart quality sandwich at best. Won’t be returning Frites Alors ever.

Bin service mais endroit un peu glauque et pas de terrasse malheureusement. Toutefois, excellente Poutine

I tried the poutine frite alors, the fries were excellent and stayed crispy beneath the gravy. The gravy was tasty and the cheese curd made the famous “skouik skouik”.
I wasn’t a huge fan of the topping of the “frites alors”, I would recommend better the Ginette or the double cheese!

The poutine and hamburgers with french fries are really why you go there. This location is a bit tight but the staff is very friendly.

Nous y sommes allés sur conseil d'une habitante du quartier. Franchement, les prix sont accessibles (nous sommes français.) pour une poutine classique était très à notre goût. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!

Decent place for Belgian fries, sauce was pretty damn good too, and the staff were really nice. Maybe slightly expensive at $8 altogether with sauce and tip, but still enjoyed it

Jurt wanted a quick feed of fries and ended up getting exactly what I wanted! Fresh and tasty fries in a really friendly environment, bar style table.

C’est toujours excellent, mais ils ont beaucoup réduit l’espace en salle, c’est plutôt style comptoir. Je recommande plus le takeout.

I hadn't been to Frites Alors and I had fond memories of their merguez sausages and horse tartare. (I think they took the taratre off the menu. Too bad.
So I went for their eponymous Grilled Cheese with fries their harrisa mayo and a Marco Ginger Ale.
The bread was perfectly toasted, and the cheese gooey perfection. It's got a diner feel with a real québécois spin. I'll be back.
