Homme trans avec mastectomie et 3 ans sur Testo. J'utilise les services d'épilation Brazilian entre autres, mais aussi ventre & torse.
Je ne me suis jamais senti jugé.
C'est un gros + dans mon cas, je conseille cet endroit pour se faire épiler sans discrimination transphobe et/ou homophobe.
J'ai utilisé les services de Makeda, Jackie, Sirène et Émily. Elles sont toutes très gentilles et efficaces!

I really liked the service but unfortunately have had an extremely hard time cancelling. They continue to charge me after cancellation and do not reply to my emails.

It was my first time at Bwak, and mila was very kind. She was really kind and didn't hurt much, and it was clean!

I had a wonderful experience with Sirène and Jackie, they were really great conversationalists. Sirène did a Zilian and the conversation helped appease the awkwardness of being exposed on her table

Amazing experience! It felt like I was at a spa! I felt so relaxed and comfortable and the was very little little pain compared to strip waxing! Super friendly staff! I highly recommend

Update: I have been a member for 3y now and as mentioned that the services were on point. However, there is a major downgrade lately, I have been burned twice by 2 different staff. Underarms and bikini area. It is so large that caused me a darker pigmentation. I have called to file a complaint, I have also sent an email twice. The manager never got back to me. The new staff dont look as trained as previous ones. High turnover, rushed appointments, receptionist keep asking for tip even after knowing that I had a bad experience. I will def cancel my membership and go somewhere where I feel respected. I pay 80$ a month in a membership, and at this point I don’t think the service is even worth it.

I’ve been coming to this location for quite some time now since 2018 with different aestheticians. This Saturday will be the last time coming to this location after my last experience. I went for an eyebrow wax and the fuzzologist kept applying the wax and ripping it off several times on the sensitive skin above my eyelid. The area was red and tender for almost 3 days. I now have some scaring leftover. I emailed fuzz several times at the plateau location and at their info email and I have yet to hear back:/

Love this wax bar! Super friendly, professional, and skilled staff. I swear their waxing hurts less than other places.

I had a few different esteticians here, most all have rushed and left patches of hair or refused to take some strips of hair off as it was not "technically" the same service, despite it literally being the service I paid for. I don't think I will return as the cost is too high for the low quality service.
Also my appointment was canceled with no notification (no text or email) and I was told only when I arrived there. Very frustrating.

The staff is amazing they’re all super nice and make sure you’re comfortable the entire time. It smells soooo good every time I go and it’s supper clean. I recommend it to everyone!

5min de retard à mon rdv communiqué par téléphone. En arrivant mon rdv est annulé à cause de mon retard. Alors que d’habitude, peu importe leur retard (qui a déjà été de plus de 20min), j’attend patiemment sans rien dire! Service client déplorable, j’ai annulé mon abonnement mensuel et irais voir ailleurs!

Street metered parking. Easy booking online. Friendly customer service every time. I've had several different estheticians for brow and brazilian waxing and all have been excellent (I unfortunately can't say the same for other brow places). Brought the boyfriend for his first ever body waxing. He was anxious, but enjoyed the experience and appreciated the post waxing instruction.

Absolument pas professionnels, j’avais rendez-vous à 9h am, ils m’ont appelé à 8h52 pour me dire que mon rendez-vous est annulé alors que j’étais à 2 minutes à pieds. Incroyable

La personne qui m’a épilé m’a brûlé et le travail était pas bien fait.
Quand je suis retournée à la place, la manager m’a juste dit qu’elle va me mettre avec une autre personne.
Pire service jamais je retourne à cette place

Honestly I do not recommend going here, I gave it a chance as other reviews seemed good, unfortunately the experience itself was appalling. The waxer name “Jackie” doesn’t do a great job and had used the same wax stick for my application! She had also smelled of cigarettes which made me uncomfortable. There was still hair left over, not to mention the terrible attitude and unprofessional behavior I had received from her…

Ca l’a pris 1h40 faire mes jambes, j’ai failli partir mi-rdv car la femme me fesait trop mal. J’ai du tenir ma peau à plusieurs reprises car elle laissait la cire refroidir beaucoup trop et celle ci ne voulait pas décoler. J’ai eu plusieurs plaques rouges au tour de mes cuisses pendant une bonne semaine. 80$ au lieu du 55-60$ habituel à d’autres endroits.

Service très professionnel. L'endroit est très propre. Très belle expérience et je reviendrai.

Got my brows waxed here after a loong search for a decent salon that does waxing and not just threading. I had Jackie who helped me and I am still shook. Damn! That was the best salon experience ever, no lie. She used special wax also that hurts my skin less - my face turns red immediately - which helped a lot. It was a little bit more expensive than some other salons maybe, but not that much, and you really get SO much value for what you give. I love my brow shape and it's perfect for my birthday today. Thank you for the amazing experience:) I'll be back next month!

Mlaika is the girl who does my service. She's ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I enjoy coming here. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.
