Great service every time I go there. All the ladies are really good at their jobs. I usually go for plain nail polish but today I wanted something special for Christmas and they were up to the challenge. I love my nails and receive compliments every single time! Thank you so much

Clean environment hospitable with my favorite green tea as soon as I arrive. Annie and her team love what they do so you are sure to always have a great experience.

1. Not consistent between employees, what you get the first time do not expect to find it the next time you go there.
2. The owner becomes very rude and she cut it short when you are a demanding customer.
3. Montréal is a bilingual city, either French or English not Vietnamese. Legally speaking in front of the customers and for the customers issues they should be communicating in English or French.
4. Never being able to provide advanced services, their methods are not updated at all. They damage the nails without any responsibility, because they do not try to implement new methods how to preserve the nails.
5. Very expensive for that poor quality and service.
Hope they gonna improve because after few times visiting their salon I just convinced, that it is not worthy putting a penny in that salon.

A few days ago I went to this salon for my gel manicure appointment. I was served by this friendly Vietnamese nail tech, who unfortunately could not speak English nor French. So when I explained to her and showed her what kind of nail design I wanted (it was so simple and required only the colour I had picked), she had a hard time understanding. Realizing what was going on, the manager came and translated what I wanted. After a few tries, I realized she couldn’t do what I wanted. So I settled for a simple application.

When came the time to pay for my 46$ gel manicure, I selected the 10% tip option (which equals 4.60$). I was upset that I didn’t get the design I wanted and had to settle for a simple application. So I thought it was fair to give a 10% tip.

But as soon I pressed the 10% tip button, the MANAGER grabbed the machine from my hands and kept on insisting that I should be tipping more? I was just in shock. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I did not voice a single complain about my experience, but she had the audacity to ask me to tip more? When I told her how I felt, she kept insisting that I wasn’t tipping enough and that her tech still tried to do the simple design I wanted (despite failing). She kept the machine and she wouldn’t let me proceed with the payment (until she did). It was downright unprofessional, and even embarrassing for her. It made me so uncomfortable. I will not be going again.

The place is very clean and nice the workers are friendly and welcoming. Definitely my favorite place for acrylics so far!
