Ordered pizza and wings from Gabes today and it was delicioussss! Highly recommend this place. Family owned business and friendly staff.

Almost two hours for delivery. One of our pizzas was burnt. Both were extremely salty and disappointing in both flavour and presentation. Still, one of the best options for pizza in the Aylmer area.

Update: Received a call from management, great customer service, we're back. Sad to say.the pizza this evening was brunt and tasteless. Have to say this was our first bad experience with Gabriel's in Aylmer.

Chèrant. Le livreur ne trouvais pas assez sont pourboire de 1.25$.
On lui a donné 5$ de bon coeur et même pas un petit merci. Erreur aussi dans la commande et on m'a servi en anglais seulement en personne l'an dernier.

Just got club sandwich order and the chicken is seasoned (since when) ? Wasn't a chicken breast and the bread was burnt I didn't mind the food being cold

⁰ordered a steak sandwich it was so soggy he had to take it apart and eat it like that. Ordered a combo platter never again the zucchini sticks were very limp and the chicken strips were hard. Never had such a disgusting Meal in a long time. Never again will I order from them they have called and agreed to a full credit on our next order thank you

Second time in a row now the pizza comes in looking like this, hoping the replacement pizza looks halfway edible. Much more importantly the delivery person had his payment device set to tip scales of %15 - %20 - %25, with that level of service, that tip scale should be illegal. Absolutely done with this place

Our favourite pizzas! Perfect crust, wide choice of toppings, delicious sauce and quick service! Paired with a vintage Chianti it's perfection in a pizza!

Ordered 4 pizzas, asked for bacon on the gluten-free one there was no bacon!
Ordered feta on another one besides the cheese being under cooked there was No feta
On the third one asked for meat sauce, but there was no meat sauce AND no regular sauce, the receipt actually says sans sauce
The kicker is that I had her repeat everything I asked for.
They got 1 pizza out of 4 right.
I refused the credit because this was the second time they messed up my order. They put pepperoni on my vegetarian pizza the last time! No more Gabriel's pizza ever!
BTW I'm sure that all Gabriel's are not as irresponsible as this Aylmer QC franchise.

Une très bonne pizza. J’ai mangé une Gabe Deluxe (pepperoni, oignons, bacon, olives vertes). Wow! Sublime! La croûte était croustillante et cuite â point. Je l’ai commandé sur place pour l’apporter à mon hôtel (Motel Adam). Délai respecté pour la cuisson. Le seul problème, c’est un peu loin de Rimouski mais ça valait vraiment le déplacement.

Absolute terrible delivery and slow. Last time I ordered there, paid online. Food got delivered one hour later and the delivery guy said to my camera doorbell, "thanks for the tip, I am never coming back here again", TheN some profanity. Will not be delivering here again that's for sure with that attitude!

I come from a place with a strong pizza culture and I had almost given up finding a place that doesn't try to fool you by having too thick Crust and little toppings or having the classic and boring burnt cheese pizza.

This place is not it! Their pizzas have the right thickness and the right amount of toppings. Cheese is always melting. They have a great selection of flavours and also allow you to build your on pizza with whatever toppings you want in whatever amounts. The price is fair and the staff is polite and respectful.

Good food, but reception was bad experience the blond girl seems disturb by having to give me my order. But luckily I know the other people that work there and are really nice!

We ordered 2 subs 1 was just drenched in mayo and it just ad tomatoes it was disgusting the other was the bread was soaked it was so wet I couldn't take it in my hands and the combo plater was all burnt the onion rings the zucchini and we ad no sauce it was disgusting totally don't recommend to order ever from gabriel aylmer restaurant o and the garlic bread was burnt it was a waste of 75$

When you see the sign as you drive down main street you tell yourself, this Gabriel man must make an awesome pizza. I don't know. I never had the pizza.

But the Donair and those fries. They are just so damn good.
Add a Dr Pepper and BAM.

I can't attest to the dine in experience, but I can say that their pizza is consistent and very good.

Le temps d'attente était BEAUCOUP trop long. Les clients ne respectaient pas le nombre de clients permis à l'intérieur. Tous les employés dans la cuisine étaient à moins de 2 mètres l'un de l'autre et ils portaient tous leur masque dans le coup.

Pizza est bonne mais délais de livraison plus de 30 minutes que le temps maximum indiqué (déjà de 55 minutes). Pas pratique quand les enfants sont affamés.

Had takeout from here several times and the pizza was OK. The waiting time is reasonable too. However, I find it a little more expensive than other places.

Pizza is great but their service is the worst. We have ordered their pizza 3 times in 2 months and waited over 1 1/2 hours and more. Ridiculous as the pizza was very cold.

Just two days ago, the same happen. One thing that was inconvenient is that we have a curfew. We ordered exactly at 5: 00pm and only received our pizza at 7: 30pm. By that time my kids have eaten supper and off to bed. Very sad!

Please fix your delivery service. Many customers are getting frustrated am sure.

Repeatedly late on orders. Pizza is often cold and undercooked. They're one of the only pizza places near me but I'd rather drive 20 minutes than buy from here again. Tonight I received the wrong pizza 25 minutes late and the second pizza they sent was undercooked.

Leur pizza toute garnie est bonne et les portions des garnitures sont à la limite, Pour le prix chargé, ils devraient les augmenter un peu. Je recommande, c'est de la bonne pizza qu'ils font.

This place is only good for pizza. I would have rated 5 stars because pizza is amazing but we also got a club sandwich with poutine and it was not good at all burnt bread dry chicken so it was like a 1star.i hope this helps someone

They're usually good. Sometimes very slow on delivery but the call centre is always willing to compensate you on very late deliveries.

I ordered my husband and his friends a large pizza with bbq chicken, pineapples and donair sauce. They all loved it! They said it may quite possibly be the best pizza they even had:)

I am usually a fan of Gabriel's Pizza. In Ottawa, I would order Gabriel's Pizza once a month as threat from various locations and would always have delicious pizza with top notch customer service. However, this location left me disappointed. I ordered my pizza at 5h42 pm and I only got my pizza at 7h25pm. When I finally tasted the pizza I was left dissapointed. It was the worst pizza I ever had. The pizza arrived barely warm and the crust was waaaayyyyy too thick.

First time we ordered it was ok.
Tonight it took 45 minutes for dry pizza. I have to mention that I will also always call when food is great as well. But guess what call center. Sorry but I wilp.jotn0rder again. Jimmie aupmer fan for life.
Try to call to complain its a chain so no luck. I want people resding this review to know that I call to that food and care in ousting it together is great as well insurance

Bad and slow service. Customer service is very unprofessional. Called after 1hr: 15min to check on my pizza and it wasn't even ready.

La pizza, les pickels frits, la bouffe en général est délicieuse au Gabriel d'aylmer. Le service est bon, la quantité (portion) est bonne. La place est propre mais serait un plus de changer les tapis. Bien satisfaite malgré tout.

The food is always yummy, the service is great, and it is not very expensive. It always has a cozy feeling to it, the servers are always very nice.

En visitant Gabriel le 4 octobre 2019, quelle ne fut pas notre surprise de constater une augmentation significative des prix des repas du menu (en moyenne plus de 30%). Par exemple, un repas de 12$ coûte maintenant 16$ et un autre passe de 18$ à 23$. De plus, les prix ont été ajoutés à la main dans les menus. Pour ce genre de nourriture, c'est cher. Nous ne recommandons pas et n'y retournerons pas.

2h d'attente pour une pizza à 30 dollars qui arrive presque froide et sur laquelle il manque des ingrédients. Dommage car bonnes pizzas habituellement

Je viens de manger chez moi une lasagne Gabe. Très très deçue. 3 pepperoni, pas de poivrons verts, pas de champignons, 4 couches de pâtes collées ensemble sans sauce. Vraiment déçue. J'ai l'impression que le cook a fait des coupures de soir.

This place is amazing. The owners are great very personal couldn't ask for a better meal for a reasonable price. It doesn't matter what you order there always top notch five stars

I waited on hold for 6 and a half minutes while they repeatedly told me how important my call was o them. Then it literally just said "goodbye" and hung up on me. That kind of service speaks for itself.

Here is some constructive criticism from us for the breakfast cook. The processed cheese slices on the "Meltdown" was a disappointment. Did you run out of real cheese? If this is normal then you might want to reconsider because nobody will knowingly pay $12 for that. Let me say the server did a great job. The coffee was fresh and prompt with lots of cream. The cook on the other hand needs a few pointers. As mentioned the "meltdown" was scrambled eggs with 2 processed cheese slices laid on top and not even melted. A few other things worth mentioning. The bacon was overcooked and dry. Like 'jerky' dry and tough. The hash-browns were under-cooked and cold. My eggs I ordered over-medium were over-easy. The toast was fine. Did I mention the coffee it was good? This was Saturday May 11th around 8AM and there were only 4 other people there so it was not busy.

This is the best family restaurant in the city. I come here all the way from Ottawa. You get A+ type service every time here!

Horrible. Pizza isn't baked properly, still very dough-ey, it was raw. The only good this was the service. Except the part where the employees are in the back of the counter, laughing loud and not looking around. That's it. Not going back though. Sorry.

Since we moved all of our deliveries come from this location and we have not had a single order in 9 months without some kind of error. At this point its ridiculous and we will not be ordering for a very long time

Average. Regular breakfast you get everywhere, very good service, weekday prices are good weekend prices a bit high for the quality. But based on attendance obviously a lot of people would disagree with me.

This is the best pizza in town. And the service is excellent. I would recommend trying it out, you will not be disappointed.
