My kids and I always enjoy the free skating session at Aréna Sylvio-Mantha (summer) and Aréna Georges-Mantha (winter). On a full-ice surface, you can practice figure skating (spin, jumps, and dance) and free-style skating (complex moves and handstands). Other arenas do not allow skaters to practice those moves. Occasionally you see professional figure skaters.
I hope they have stick and puck sessions in the future.

You may not believe your eyes. This complex has sport hall of any sports exist in the world! Insanely amazing.
You will enjoy your time there. Atmosphere is fruendly. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Je m occupé de personnes vivant avec un handicape et cette endroit leurs permets de ce dépasser de voir que même avec un handicape sévère il est possible de faire du sport de se dépasser physiquement d avoir du plaisir et d oublier pendant un instant les misères de la vie j'adore cette endroit le personnel y est très courtois et s'attarde vraiment au bien être des gens
