Bonjour! Wow! Quel service et vos pizzas sont toujours excellentes. Je commande depuis quelques semaines de grosses quantité de pizzas pour des diners d'employés et le service et accueil au téléphone est toujours impeccable. Merci beaucoup

This restaurant is a hidden gem. Everything is delicious! Amazing pizza and poutine. Food comes to your door piping hot when you order! Staff on the phone is always polite and friendly.
Prices are great as well. Please give this restaurant a shot, you will not regret it. I have recommended this restaurant to family and friends who are just as satisfied with this restaurant as I am.
Just ordered a half half x large vegetarian and cheese and sausage. The crust is 20 percent thinner which is just perfect. If you like thinner then you can order the thin crust. 2023 and this restaurant for pizza still rocks.

EDIT: unfortunately, my old review no longer rings true. Recently, my father went to pick up a pizza and it was cold yet the toppings were warm? It STANK of cooking oil, tasted FOUL, and would fall right off the pizza at the lightest touch. I have to deduce that they forgot to make my father's order, and when he came to pick up they scrambled to "make it" by grabbing an old cheese pizza (probably sitting around since the lunch rush) OR someone else's that never came to get it, "deep fried" the toppings and threw them on and called it a day. It was simply foul. I had one bite and was dying of reflux and nauseous as all hell.
Went to seek a refund and the first gentleman was polite and understanding, the second however came out yelling and flat out refused to refund, instead insisted that it "looks like you ate, you're full, and want a refund now" which is absurd considering I eat here 2x a week - an extra large JUST TO MYSELF. Anyway, the closest we got to getting a refund was "use common sense, why come here and try and get a refund when you could just call and we'll make you a new one"
Probably because:
1) some people *me* have to be at work, and don't have time to wait for a new one to eventually stumble through the door.
2) the first one was an abomination before i complained, what makes you think I'd trust you with the second one afterwards?
3) that's not how this works. If I go to any other establishment and a couple of bites in I find it inedible, to the point of getting sick even, I'd receive a refund in full. Not the man who I presume botched this meal coming out from the back to yell at me believing he's in the right.
Last week I got violently ill shortly after eating from Galaxie as well, but I tossed it aside and said "it can't be from them, it must be X, Y, or Z that made me sick"
Now, I'm not so sure that was the case.
Regardless, that wasn't even offered to me -the replacement- no, rather it was used as a sorry excuse to show what they could have done *spoiler* After my Facebook post MULTIPLE people have come forward saying they don't even honour the replacements so do with that info what you want.
Shame, I was really rooting for Galaxie. Truly. I told everyone they were the best.

Excellent pizza at a great price. The kids like it and our relatives order it when we visit from our of town. Last time we picked up a couple of larges (vegetarian and Quebequoise) to take out and they were ready in a timely manner and were delicious.

Best pizza, poutine and fries. Always fresh and hot when being delivered. Impeccable service. Our favourite pizza and poutine in laval!

The Pizza is amazing ag very affordable price. They're fries are amazing and they have the best signature sauce for their fries. Best pizzeria in Laval
