Le personnel est super compétent et amical. Par contre, pour moi, se n’est plus vraiment un magasin de jeux vidéo comme autrefois.

Grand magasin, beaucoup de choix. Les prix y sont un peu cher sur plusieurs articles, mais en général ils suivent les prix du marcher. Avoir une carte du magasin aide à sauvé de l'argent si vous y acheté occasionnellement.

Lots of console gaming options. As well as many gaming related accessories & collectables. Went to pick up card sleeves for a couple of the games I own. Staff is approachable. I recommend a visit if you're looking for console related games.

Bought 3mo gamepass they gave a code that was region locked outside of Canada so I can't redeem they refuse to exchange or reimburse and told to go see Microsoft I spoke to Microsoft and they tell me to go to game stop and can't do nothing something needs to be done about this code situation otherwise don't sell it

I have always had good experiences at this GameStop but when I went to buy a PS5 the other day not only did they force a fake bundle on me (2 games over 59.99 to be able to buy the console, and they were out of the most interesting ones) but the clerk tried to upsell their "extended warranty" by fear mongering me into believing Sony would make me pay for shipping if my console was defective and I would be out of my PS5 for months because they would only be willing to repair it instead of replacing it. When I told him I wasn't interested he mentioned he was saying all that because he had seen "a lot of PS5s coming back because it's the first generation of them".

Well. It's a shame that PS5s are so hard to come by because that should've been reason enough to walk away, but in any case: Sony's warranty not only explicitly states that they will cover a prepaid shipping label for you to send your defective PS5 back, but they also state a replacement console shipped by them is an option you can choose when filing a warranty claim. PS5s have been in production for two years at this point too, so I highly doubt the failure rate is at an early adopter rate by now.

I would like to believe he acted like that because he honestly was misinformed and without ill intentions, but I can also imagine they probably make a commission by upselling those insurances so.

Also, those forced fake bundles should definitely be illegal, but every retailer is doing the same BS with PS5 so it's not a GameStop exclusive thing.
