Service clientèle impeccable et courtois! Mécaniciens efficace et très bonne équipe! Mon pick-up a été bien soigné par des gens compétents!

Très bon service, ils n’ont pue réparer mon auto mais très compréhensible, l’on garder le temps que je puisse le faire réparer.

Horrible experience.
I brought my car in at 8am nov 9, to have 3 problems checked. A clunking noise in my front left wheel well, one headlight that sometimes wouldn't come on, and my passenger window getting stuck.
They kept my car all day on the 9th, finally called me at 5pm to say that they were unable to properly take a look at my vehicule because the lifts were full. They said they could do it the next day, so I left my car a second day. No courtesy car was given to me, so for 2 days i was without a vehicule and had to take off work. So the second day they call me to say they did not work on my car and that to do the reparations it would go in december. I went to pick up my vehicule and they charged me 165$ to tell me that my front choc should be changed (i changed it less than 6 months ago), and that my window switch should be changed and my headlights seemed to be working fine.
They did not even do a full inspection of my vehicule, they did no work on my vehicule. $165.more than a full inspection would cost.
2 days lost and no reparations done.
I couldn't believe it. I am extremely disappointed. I do NOT recommend this garage whatsoever.
