Disrespectful guys they don't have manner.older person (60 yr above) in the tire warehouse rue roy 980.very bed behavior with the customer

J’ai fait un alignement mais il n’était pas bien fait.je l'ai appelé pour les expliquer et ils m'ont dit de venir pour la voir et le refaire.j'ai laissé la voiture pour prendre un café même pas 10 minutes et ils m'ont appelé pour me dire que la voiture est prête.mais malheureusement le même problème persiste encore.je suis vraiment déçu par le service.

I don’t know where their mecano got their formation but they clearly tried to scam me.i was trying to buy a car from Someone and wanted the car to pass an inspection so i went to this garage after the inspection the mecano said that the car was missing some parts and other parts that were need to be done. The day after i went to another garage a performance one and the mecano was laughing at me because all the parts the other mecano told me were finish were still very good for a long time. I will never go back to this garage.

Quality and attitude of service have diminished. I gave them a 3 because of past satisfaction. I have lost confidence. They seem more interested in selling service and repairs. Make excuses when something goes wrong
Pass the blame. I will not return.

J’ai effectué une soudure avec eux qui a coûté 190$ (soudure +inspection 50$)
3 jours plus tard le problème persiste je reviens les voir ils me font payer un autre inspection 50$ (qu’ils promettent de rembourser si tu fais la job chez eux)
puis me disent que ca va me couter 1100$ de plus. J’amène la voiture a un autre garage ils m disent que la soudure qu’ils ont fait est très mal faite et qu’il fallait changer la pièce qu’on peut pas souder un flexible, ca ne se fait pas. Je les appelle ils ne veulent pas m’installer le flexible que j’ai acheté moi même et en plus veulent pas me rembourser l’inspection de trop. L’autre garage m’a réglé le tout pour 400$ au lieu de 1100. Des esti de crosseurs

My main mechanic recommended this garage for a wheel alignment since my mechanic replaced my strut assembly, ball joints, and outer tie rods (all done June 29th, 2023). After the technician finished servicing my car at Garage Perinn, he reversed onto a floor jack that was laying around outside of the wheel alignment bay. I got concerned since I heard a clunking noise. Brought up the issue to the receptionist who was preparing my invoice. I requested to have the issue notated on my invoice in case I need to come back for a realignment or any damages to my new parts or other suspension parts. As the receptionist is notating the event in the invoice, in comes another technician (wearing glasses) who advises the receptionist to forget writing a note down as nothing will come of it. I ask the technician why he thinks such way considering it was the technician who serviced my vehicle who carelessly reversed out of the bay and rolled over the floor jack. It's also the garage's responsibility since they have tons of floor jacks lying around outside all their garage doors. Also, prior to coming here today, receptionist quoted me $60 for a wheel alignment. Final invoice? $109.43 (tax included)! A near $50 price jump. Dishonest and careless shop. Would not recommend. My car doesn't even feel improved after the wheel alignment, handles the same as before I got in and if anything feels slightly worse.

They won't perform repairs on your car when you supply your own parts; Just so they can buy parts at a 30% discount from NAPA and and sell them to you at a 40 to 70% additional markup for a total of 70 to 100% markup on parts only. Sometimes, they even mess up your car while repairing it and want you to pay yourself for towing so they can fix their own mistake. They have a disrespectful girl at the counter with no manners.

Because they do not work on appointments its best to go at 7am to get served early, apart from that ive had consistently good service here

I have been going to this garage for 40 years and have never ever had a bad experience.

They are honest and do excellent work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fairly inexpensive used winter tires. Quick service, and when a flat came up the next day, they replaced and rebanled with no extra charge, went to the head of the queue for my troubles.

I wasted two days for the alignment and they told me it might be the control arm i wasted another 270$ and nothing changed my guess the alignment was not good from the beginning

Worst customer service ever, these low profile guys don’t know the meaning of customer service

They didn’t tell me what the problem was and that for me was a red flag right away trying to charge me 3k for a part took it for a second opinion and the garage told me electrical problems wires were bit by a little animal most likely a squirrel there was also a nut inside the car anyways saved me a 3k never taking it here I find this place incompetent! Even if I don’t know much about cars but I know people and when you give a price without telling the problem RED FLAG! People think twice before leaving your car not only here but in any other garage! I’m glad I know people from church and some happen to be mechanic honest.

One of the worst garage in cote vertu side they charged 600 dollars for changing wheel barring and in showroom it’s only 400 including service charge they take all money in spare parts and my alignment is off after going there first they told I problem is with the tires which are brand new after they told its barring this place is good for small repairs of 20 $ like air check, viper blade change not more than that
