Gatineau Acura

Nous sommes allés à 3 reprises pour voir les voitures.
1ere fois personne pour nous aider, la receptionniste, ne savait pas où était les vendeurs.
2e fois, nous avons demandé de l'aide pour voir l'intérieur d'une voiture. Nous avons attendus 30 mins et personnes pour nous aider.
3e fois, après 15 mins dans le show room à attendre. Personne est dispo pour nous aider et on m'a demandé si j'avais un rendez-vous pour voir une voiture.
On a dérangé une vendeuse qui n'était pas heureuse!
Le service est pitoyable!
Nous sommes allés acheter ailleur!

Service devrait être revu et ca presse!

Jeffrey offre un service exemplaire à mon père depuis plus de 5 ans. Maintenant que j'ai rejoint la famille Acura, Jeffrey a su m'aider avec l'achat de mes pneus d'hivers. Un énorme merci de rendre l'entretien de nos bijoux si facile.

Dommage que je ne sois pas en mesure de couvrir le département des ventes des mêmes éloges. (Même en voulant encourager Gatineau d'abord, mon expérience a fait en sorte que je traverse à Ottawa et achète à Camco) Le directeur des ventes m'a fait perdre mon temps et par le fait même a très mal
fait parraitre son vendeur.

Nous avons été très bien reçus par Jérome aux ventes et Joffrey au département du service!

Un service de qualité et sans pression. Quelque chose de rare aujourd'hui

I went inside to look at their cars and a young man (Looking fit, side hair cut with medium to long hair top) told me up front that they sell vehicles starting from 30k + while looking at me with a smirking face.
Very unprofessional!

Je suis rentrer dans le magasin quand j’ai voulu savoir à propos plus des voitures et potentiellement acheter.
La secrétaire était gentille et oui, professionnel.
Mais, quand est venu le vendeur, aussitôt que je lui ai exprimé mon intention de voir les voitures.
Il m’as regarder croche en riant que ce sont des voitures qui commencent à 30 milles et plus.
Je me suis faite dire que TOUT les employés sont gentils et polit? En plus de dire que c’est MON INTERPRÉTATION de la situation?

J’ai dit ce que j’ai à dire.
J’aime bien la marque mais, je vous conseille d’acheter ailleurs, malgré que c’est la seul place à Gatineau.

It is a very high end dealership which should not forget to reset your oil life and leave dirty fingerprint on the hood after getting your SUV serviced. This is unacceptable from that level of dealership. Most of the time their services is ok. Even though it only happened once, it is still unacceptable. I would expect this from a local garage.

Excellent service de la part de David aux ventes et Amelie à la finance. Le processus d'achat était formidable et je suis plus que satisfait. Vous avez répondu à toutes mes questions.

I tried ordering a part from Camco Acura for over a week with no call or email back after leaving 5 messages 3 VMs and 2 emails. One of my emails was to the GM that didn’t work.

Sent an email to Gatineau Acura last night had a response this morning at 9: 30 and ordered the part. Great work!

L'équipe traite les clients avec courtoisie. J'ai acheté un véhicule en novembre dernier et il y avait une bosse dans un pneu de rechange. Ils l'ont changé sans frais et sans rendez-vous. Beaucoup de mesures de précaution en place contre la COVID -19. Bravo à toute l'équipe!

Great customer service and friendly staff every time. Our experience with both sales and service has been excellent. We recently picked up our second vehicle leased with Gatineau Acura and had a great experience with David once again! Service is always easy to book, accommodating and considerate that we come from a bit of a distance on the Ontario side to get there. If you're looking for an Acura I recommend dealing with Gatineau. The Acura dealership in Ottawa does not compare to the experience received at Gatineau.

J’ai appelé pour prendre un rendez-vous de dernière minute assez urgent afin de vérifier pourquoi mon véhicule ne rechargeait plus bien et pourquoi il y avait cette odeur de ‘rubber’ qui brule. J’avais besoin de mon véhicule rapidement pour des rendez-vous cette même journée et entre l’appel pour prendre le rendez-vous et la sortie du garage, il ne s’est écoulé qu’à peine 1h30.et le véhicule est sorti réparé et propre! Professionnel, courtois et explicatif. J’y retournai certainement advenant le besoin et je recommande pour quoi que ce soit! Merci!

I recently purchased a car from Acura Gatineau. I dealt with David from the sales team. David was exceptional at making me feel comfortable. He was straight forward and very honest with the product i was interested in.

Francine from the finance team was friendly and very knowledgeable. She did not try and pressure you into any additional sales item on top of your car purchase.

Overall it was a great experience and it would be easy to recommend a friend who is looking for an Acura as their next vehicle. I myself would go back when i am ready for my next car.

0 Stars is what this dealership deservers. Purchased a car in 2016, they showed me a carproof with no accidents. Perfect! Made the purchase and 2 years later I go to trade the vehicle and what do we find? A $6300 accident 2 years before I purchased the car. Contacted the GSM Serwan he promises he will look into it and try to fix this. 4 months later no response to voicemails or emails, I try emailing everyone on their management team and no response. Terrible customer service, and the fact that they don't even acknowledge any of my emails and I can see they have been read. NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE SAVE YOURSELF SOME THE TROUBLE! My trade now is worth about $5k less because of the carproof accident.

J'ai eu affaire avec Andrée Laporte, Représentante des ventes et Locations pour l'achat de l'Acura RDX Elite platinum 2019. Elle était excellente à tous les niveaux de l'opération; lors d'essayage de la voiture, de la négociation du prix et même après l'achat de la voiture, toujours disponible à aider et à répondre à mes questions. Très professionnelle, elle connaît bien les véhicules, Polie et courtoise. Je la recommande vivement.
Je recommande aussi ce concessionnaire (Acura Gatineau). Tout le personnel (du service de la vente en passant par la Direction des Finances au Département du service.) fait de son mieux pour satisfaire le client. Bravo Acura Gatineau.

I dealt with Andrée Laporte, Sales and Leasing Consultant, for the purchase of the Acura RDX Elite platinum 2019. She was excellent at all steps of the transaction; when test driving the car, negotiating the price and even after buying it, always available to help and answer my questions. Very professional, she knows very well the vehicles, polite and courteous. I highly recommend her. I also recommend this dealership (Acura Gatineau). All the staff (from the sales department to the Finance Department to the Department of Service.) they do their best to satisfy the customer. Congratulations Acura Gatineau.

Excellent service from Charlène, no pressure, really knows her stuff. The dealership keeps all there cars in their basement, so no sun and no snow to remove.

Horrible service.
Went two times and never going back.
First time they didn't have the car we wanted to try, as they lent it to a customer, so we left our phone number for them to call when a test drive would be possible. They never called.
Went a second time (we called first to confirm they had the car available and hoped our second visit would erase the bitterness left from the first one) and the employee was so arrogant! Never had a bad service like this!
Will never make business with them.

Although we have had some recurrent brake problems with our 2017 RDX, the dealership took care of it in a professional, responsible manner.

I think they don't care about getting business. I'm trying to book an appointment with one of the sale rep but seems like they are not interested. I tried calling twice.they transferred to sales department but it just keep ringing. I have provided my contact details over the website chat twice but no response yet.
