Endroit très jolie, avec beaucoup de variété et très tendance! Très bonne place et original! Je vais y retourné ces sur!

Les gelatos sont dégueulasses. Je n'ai jamais vu de saveur aussi mal balancés. Le Gelato au pistache ne goutait presque rien et goutait les vielles pistaches avec le lait en poudre. Quelques bouchés plus tard le goût s'estompe pour laisser uniquement le trop de sucre prendre le dessus. 12$ pour 2 boules qui sont trop durs parce que la crème glacé n'est soit pas fraiche ou le frigidaire trop froid ça ne vaut pas la peine. Avoir su je n'aurais que pris ce qui est impossible à rater ; la crème glacé molle. Pas la place à aller pour les gelatos.

Ça fait festif mais vraiment rien d'extraordinaire, la gaufre est insipide et vraiment trop épaisse. La glace molle est bonne.

We walked into the store and waited 10 minutes while the person that was working on the counter went to the back room. She never came back so we simply walked out. The price is here is outrageous. Expect us to spend 15 to $25 per person or ice cream. For the type of service that we got, I would never come back. With the milk dumping that's the milk Federation does is trying to keep the price is high that people will no longer buy food like this. It is best that we get rid of the milk Federation so that stores like these can get milk to make cream ice cream without exuberantly high prices.

Pour que je donne 5 étoiles, il aurait fallu que la gaufre sois préparée d'avance, mais frais du jour. Je n'ai pas pu savourer ce dessert, mais c'était quand même délicieux garder bien en tête qu'une gaufre chaude avec la crème glacée, ça fond rapidement donc il a fallu manger rapide, mais sinon c'était très bon.

Our go to ice-cream spot since last year. Wide variety of soft-serve, I have tried their waffles sticks too, Good quality chocolate and always tasty! Friendly staff and the place itself is beautiful with not one but two picture wall /backdrop.

For anyone going for the VEGAN options, BE CAREFUL.a friend who has a sever diary allergy had a sever reaction within a few bites.we don't know if there's diary of some sort in the products, or because of cross contamination.

Every time we've been there their washrooms are "out of order" I seriously doubt they are (you can't make your employees work with NO washrooms). Most people who go there have kids and kids need a washroom! I had to run to a neighboring business to use the washroom for my son.

There was only one employee (I felt bad for her) and a big lineup.
I guess the Icecream was good since my son seemed to be enjoying it.

I am in love with everything there starting from the interior design to everything on the menu! Its so original and they are really generous. Worth the ride there!

Ice cream and sugary sweets are supposed to be fun, and that's exactly what Gauffres et Glaces accomplishes with its lively menu items and very instagramable creations, backdrop and neon signs. Silly and over the top with unique flavours and presentations

I work at Dagwoods a few doors down and I always go there! The food is amazing and so are the drinks! I highly recommend

Staffes are nice, good food presentation.
The problem is that the waffle taste nothing. It relies on the fact that it has ice cream, chocolates and syrup.

A nice experience. The portion is very generous, almost like a meal, hence the price. Would go back.

The chocolate ice cream I ordered tasted very bitter and sour for some reason. Reminded me of spoilt milk. The service was also quite slow, and the best part about the place was it's atmosphere.

It was my first time there and I paid $6 for the tiniest scoop ever? Idk if it's always like that or the employee was new? She seemed like she was still training so idk.but it was soo small I just felt scammed

I enjoyed the food, and the restaurant itself seems nice inside to eat, my only issue is it was hard to eat as my hands were getting really dirty, if fork and knife were given it would be better.

Gaufres & Glaces laval is open! The place is very nice, clean and very modern looking. I ate a waffle with all the works and it was delicious. The service was fast.worth going!?
