I am very satisfied with the service so far. They came on the date we asked for. Installed a new 450LT tank. Did a tune up on my fireplace and had to clean the pilot lite which was clogged.

Cut down my gas line, stole the regulator, absolutely horrendous service and management, stay away!

They cheated on tank rent fees. When I switched to another company they picked up their tank and on purpose ruined the pipe that connects the tank and fireplace

We use Gaz Pétrole Charbonneau for our propane. They fill our tanks as needed, and during the recent ice storm they made sure we didn't run out during our 6 days without hydro. When I have dealt with them by phone they have always been very pleasant and helpful. I'd recommend them.

First class since day 1. On time, friendly and knowledgeable. We bought 2 inserts and had our generator hooked up by them. Mr Charbonneau personally delivered propane to us late at night during ice storm. HIGHLY recommend.

What a terrific service Gaz Charbonneau provides. We had been out of power at home for 5.5 days and our propane tank was always filled when we needed it. We were never without propane which allowed our generator to keep functioning as it should. Thank you/ merci The Vallieres Family

Le veglas s'est abattue sur nous jeudi le 6 avril. Je savais qu'il ne me restait pas beaucoup de propane. Dans mon esprit, la saison était terminé pour le foyer au propane. Après vérification le compteur indiqué 0 et boum plus d'électricité. Jai appelé Gaz Pétrole Charbonneau. Un livreur est venu après avoir fini sa journée, en plein verglas. Et aujourd'hui samedi le 8 a 21: 30 heure. C'est tout le chauffage de la maison et ont y est très confortable. Merci.
