Vendent de fausses informations.
Nous dises un discours le jour de la vente et disent un autre discours lorsqu'on apporte notre garantie. Mauvais services, les employés sont arrogants.
Prenez pas de garantie avec eux! GROS SCAM.

Si ça ne tenait qu'à moi il y en aurait zéro d'étoile.
Petit conseil: demandez à combien s'élève leur franchise.
Parce que lorsqu'on vous conseille de la prendre, on ne vous dit pas qu'en cas de réparation il faut sortir 230$ quand même. (pour un téléphone à 900$)
Il y a un très gros manque de transparence.

Very bad service.
I came here to get my laptop fixed. They sent it out for repair, but then told me they couldn't fix it because they contacted the manufacturer (Dell) for a part and apparently, this part was out of stock and not made anymore.
I then just sent my computer to Dell for repair. A bit of an extra charge, but Dell magically was able to find this "out of stock" part and didn't make excuses.
Seems like Geek Squad either doesn't have the patience, or is too lazy to find a part, so they would rather just tell the customer they can't fix it.
Thankfully I didn't waste my money on buying a new laptop from Best Buy.

Attention SCAM! Ne faites pas confiance à ces escrocs. Le service est misérable, les prix ne reflètent pas la réalité et vous risquez d'avoir des mauvaise surprises sur votre facture. Manque de respect et mensonge de la part des employés.

The Geek squad protection plan is a scam. Couldn't even use it to replace my phone's screen protection. They refused to cancel my plan in store and instead just gave me a phone number to call.

Paid over 800 dollars to insure my appliances for 5 years. When we had issues their service was always very bad. We had a couple of friendly people talk to us but overall everything took long and was bad. Would not recommend.

Horrible service - never again. Disorganized management, conflicting information given to the client, overpriced repairs - that in my case amounted to a hefty bill and a faulty product, and unhelpful staff. Customers, beware.
