Bought a caliburn vape witch comes with two pods from the manufacture in the box. Got home to find out that they remove one and actually sell it with only one pod in the box. Not really a cool practice to have. Disappointed!

These guys really know everything about vaping and they will take their time to listen to your needs and provide you the best device and/or juice that they have according to what you are looking for. I was told on three different dates to come back two or three days later that they would have what I'm looking for.the third time they told me that they would maybe get it next week if they would have any! So they actualy have no clue.major loss of time on my end. I hate getting lied to (the boss could not care less. No sorry for lying and wasting my time. He did not even get up)

Great place. Clean and well organized. So far the only local shop that I've been to that makes their own juice. This is a big advantage since the price goes down and the customizability goes up. Will definitely be back when needed.

I started going to this store 2 years ago, and I had always had great service. Last week I went to buy juice, Mysterio is my go-to flavour, and for some reason when I tried it it was so sugary I couldn't even vape it. Went yesterday, told the guy that the mix was not right, that there wasn't even a hint of menthol in the juice. He looked annoyed, gave me a new bottle and surprise surprise, now this juice feels like vaping a halls menthol candy. Thanks guys, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The customer service that is given here is on another level! Incomparable to other shops in the area. They have EVERYTHING you need. Do not be shy just ask they'll be glad to help, whether you're a novice or an expert. Very good shop and love the selection of e-juice. Definitely try their mango mint flavor its out of this world!

Ridiculous prices and bad service with inexperienced staff. 30ml of pure 50/50 juice for 17$? ! 250ml vg/pg for 90$? When u talk to the staff they tell you we know it's expensive but we are just employees! I buy the 250ml in Montreal for 30$. They have to understand that making profit doesn't mean rip off? You can buy online for waaayy cheaper even!

Nouvelle administration, il ne sera plus possible de faire préparer ses liquides sur mesure et sur place. La nouvelle employée que j'ai rencontrée était polie, rapide et compétente.

Service minable, choix pathétique, manque criant de formation du personnel qui semble plus présent pour passer le temps que pour servir et conseiller les clients. Bon choix de liquides fancy, aucun liquide de qualité ni de référence.

Went to buy a replacement atomizer, they gave me one that doesn't work properly and refused to give me my money back. 28$ in the garbage for an error that wasn't mine. Never going back.
