Le pire service! La direction devrait être licenciée!
J'attends le retour depuis le troisième jour, et ils ne l'ont pas encore fait!

FAITES ATTENTION si vous achetez dans ce magasin!
Les employés ne vous informent pas au sujet de la marchandise en solde ni sur la politique de retours et échanges. Ils vont étamper sur le reçu ""Échange seulement" et placer le reçu dans la boîte de soulier sans vous le montrer.
Étant donné que les clients retournent beaucoup de soulier Geox, le commerce s'assure des ventes en utilisant cette PRATIQUE MALHONNÊTE.

Worst of the worst, very bad service, the staff does not have the knowledge about their products, arrogant manager, not willing to give time to answer costumer’s questions I’m never going to shop there again.

Came in on may 4th to buy some shoes. There was more selection than anticipated so I asked the sales girl some questions about the shoes. She was unable to answer anything about the shoes she sells. So I left and read about the differences on the website. When I walked by later I saw another sales girl so I thought I would have better luck. Nope. It took her forever to find the shoes and complained the back room was a disaster. I asked to try on a couple shoes and she just hands me the boxes and walks away to chat with her co-worker. One box contained 2 completely different shoes and not the one I asked for. Then I had to disturb the girls to ask for a shoe horn. This was the worst shoe store experience I've ever had in my life, I am not exaggerating.

The manager of this store should be fired! Not only does the manager not train their staff to know their products, they are not trained to provide basic customer service AT ALL. At the very least they could hand us the shoes and make sure what's in the boxes is correct. Clearly Geox doesn't care because this seems to be standard for the store based on other reviews and nothing has been done about it.

I left without buying anything and will never return. There are lots of shoe stores that provide proper customer service. They will get my money, not Geox!

What a waste of time!

Beware. The sales associate told me that all the Geox shoes are manufactured in Italy. But the shoes only indicate "Italian patent" because the technology is patented in Italy.

The shoes are actually made in China and Viet Nam.

I don't think that she was trying to lie.she was just completely ignorant about the brand that she was selling. Perhaps some training is in order.
