This is the worst property management ever. I regret the day I bought here. They r charging so much things which they never told me about. They are really horrible. I was shocked at the bill. I highly recommend not to buy where they manage. You will regret. They never answer calls and they’re very mean and unprofessional.

There's a reason that this place has a 2 star rating. I've been living with mould in my apartment for 4 months and I'm STILL waiting for a date for remediation.

If you have into any issues with your apartment, you better get used to hearing the voicemail recording for building management; they don't answer phone calls and do not respond to emails.

Do yourself a favour and live elsewhere.

Ils sont pas réactif, ça fait une semaine que j'ai demandé qlq chose, c'est toujours pas fait.
Ils semblent comme absent.

Incompetent staff, they give wrong advices (sometimes illegal) and they taking off the responsibilities and put it always on the condo owner, even when the issue is happening to a lot of apartments and it’s obviously not an individual problem they manage to blame it on the owners
Urgent issues are not treated well, and when we were concerned about water damage the manager literally said “don’t call me every 5 minutes I have things to do”, we obviously didn’t call her every five minutes and were just trying to ask for advice (the problem was getting worse everyday) and clarify why no technician visited us for 2 weeks (promised to do it right after we reported it). By the way the issue is still not resolved after 5 months of one way communication, no response from their side.
Unfortunately I have no examples of successfully completed task… even window cleaning started in the middle of July stopped after 2 days of work (few apartments were treated) and nothing is happening ever since (one month passed)

Je me suis plaint a plusieurs reprises concernant une bonbonne de propane dans le stationnement de notre immeuble ce qui est illegale et tres dangereux. Ca doit faire plus de 3 mois que la bonbonne est toujours la, Philippe et Robert ce sont echangers des courriels mais rien n'a ete fait comme d'habitude. Sans parler des objets dans le stationnement qui ne devrait pas etre la. Bicyclette, boite ect.

Very confused about the bad reviews - they've been managing our building for 3 years and i've never had a problem.love them!

Can't believe all the other comments here for this company. Considering the current pandemic, they have really impressed me with their service and efforts! This situation is no easy for anyone and we need to be much more patient NO MATTER WHAT! They have always been attentive to me and my needs and always very cordial (not like other management companie i've dealt with). I definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this company. I had a wonderful experience. They quickly answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. They understood my need and gave me peace of mind:)!

Nobody answers the phone. Nobody answers email. They don't know how to add taxes to a condo fee, confusing the entire building. Probably female-owned and operated because they can't do simple math; a bunch of incompetent affirmative-action and diversity hires probably work here on government subsidies. AVOID.

Our building was self managed for a couple of years and ever since gestion Griffin starting managing, a lot of us see a real change. The building is cleaner and repairs are done more quickly, never had a problem reaching anyone with my questions and when my neighbor accidentally flooded my kitchen the emergency line was very quick to call me back. All around great experience so far #teamgriffin

Very bad service - our building suffered due to their lack of followup and yet they kept charging us for services which they did not provide. They are expensive and do not respond to issues - we had so many items that were often listed and talked about in meetings which they never responded or looked into. Not a good experience with this company at all.everyone talks very politely at their office - but does no follow up! AWFUL! THEY ARE ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY - PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH THEM EVER! THEY LIE AND DO NOT FOLLOW UP WITH ANY OF THE SERVICES. VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE BY OUR BUILDING! I keep getting notification of the reviews that keep getting added to this space - quite a few people who place their reviews here are ones who work there! Please please be careful!
