Tous les gestionnaires recrutés sont des incompétents.
Avant d'acheter ou de louer, demandez qui gère l'immeuble.
Pour répondre au message de la propriétaire de cette compagnie, je parle des gestionnaires uniquement. Dans mon immeuble, ils ne cessent de changer tous les 3 mois. Des travaux délaissés ou mal faits, des inondations, des problèmes sanitaires non gérés parce qu'ils ne veulent pas utiliser l'argent de la co-propriété. À quoi sert-il alors? Je plains les propriétaires qui pensent avoir fait une bonne affaire en achetant un appartement.

J'ai eu le plaisir de travailler avec Gestior sur divers dossiers d'étude du fonds de prévoyance de quelques immeubles de copropriétés à leur charge. C'est assurément une compagnie professionnelle qui sait comment assurer la saine gestion des bâtiments et le respect des différentes obligations auxquelles sont soumises les syndicats. Ce n'est pas l'expertise qui manque chez Gestior!

Unresponsive, unprofessional, they manage our condo building and everyone is wanting to sell and move due to their incompetence. They threatened to take us to court if we want to change management companies. Stay away.

Manque de professionalisme flagrant. Totalement irrespectueux des droits des co-propriétaires et locataires. Aucun moyen d’obtenir un retour d’appel ou de courriel de la part des gestionnaires et propriétaires.

This company epitomizes what happens when a family starts a good business, makes a good reputation and then the younger members take over and are utterly incompetent. Extremely unprofessional attitude and they hire equally unprofessional and incompetent employees (that sadly end up directly running some otherwise nice buildings). Sad, very sad that this company has gone from 4 stars to 1 star quality.: (

Worst property management company in montreal, never reply to my emails, and when they do very rarely reply, they use a very rude and condescending tone.

Our building of over 250 units has been dealing with Gestior for a little over five years. Excellent service on all fronts. Responsive and professional. We had the pleasure of dealing with Ms. Katiana Emmanuel as our building manager. Very courteous and quick to respond to requests with detailed explanations. Great support for syndicates and makes the day-to-day management of a large building much easier. Only the most positive dealings. I highly recommend this company!

Nothing but the most positive and professional dealings with this company. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ms. Sylvia Lerman and have found her to be well informed and very attentive to the needs of the buildings she manages, paying special attention to matters of safety and security. Highly recommended.

I have worked with them on many projects. Specifically in the Longueuil building on Rue De La Barre. I dealt with Maura Barrans directly and everything always went smoothly. They always look to improve their properties in the best way possible. I highly recommend them.

The worst property management experience I have had to deal with. I will not be renewing my lease in my building solely because of them and would never consider a building managed by them. Condo syndicates beware.

Irresponsable, évite, négligence, attaque verbale envers les propriétaires, attitude arrogant dans les lettres. C'est incroyable. À cause de leur gestion, notre immeuble est en nombreuses inondations à répétition et les propriétaires souffrent psychologiquement. WHAT A SHAME GESTIOR.

Surement la pire compagnie de gestion avec laquelle j'ai eu a faire. Leur représentant du 30 Berlioz n'a aucune idée de ce qu'elle fait. Le pire service a la clientèle en 30 ans dans la vie de condo. Des travaux qui devraient prendre quelques semaines durent des mois.
Une gestion défaillante, des gens incompétents et le résultats, des frais de condo ridicules. Nous sommes locataires mais ne comprenons pas pourquoi les proprios de 30 Berlioz paient pour des services de si basses qualités.

Le seul commentaire positif vient de la Vice Présidente de Gestior?

Worst condo management company by far. It's easy to see why the building is not aging well, the planification of the local representative is deficient, therefore what should take weeks will end up taking months. I don not understant why the owner of the condos at 30 Berlioz pay for this kind of services.

Terrible experience. Does not relate info to appropriate person. They also expect you to know how their company works. They have a service line for clients to call but the receptionists are outsourced. They expect you to know it's outsourced. The agent never mentioned they are not part of the management company Gestior. Called 3 times, no one calls back yet they have record of me calling. Some woman called Lydia has major attitude on the phone. They said there is a fee of $100 because security needs to install protector in the elevator. I tried on 3 different occasion to reach them to have them install the protectors. Every time I call, I do mention it is for a move and what I need from them. The agent even repeats what I need. On the day of the move, protectors were not install yet they want to collect the fee IN CASH ONLY.

Terrible. I have the feeling I'm talking to the mafia. Don't hire them.
