So my I. D says male, yet they wouldn't let me in because I look to female. Absolutely disgraceful. Didn't know businesses were aloud to discriminate by looks, instead of going by their government given identification. Good to know

Déçu, venant de France on l'indique à l'entrée que l'ont tient un sauna même pas de retour sur l'accueil.pas pour une réduction ont attend pas après ca biensur, ont ce déshabille ont nous a pris la serviette mdr, ont va voir la personne à l'accueil 1$, après même pas 1minute à l'intérieur, gros désagrément sur ça et pas agréable de devoir re payer à nouveau une serviette aucune tolérance, nous savons faire la part des choses chez nous bien dommage.
Après l'ensemble c'est bien, le jacuzzi par contre moyen trop chaud.et il me semble que ce genre de model et pas fait pour un établissement professionnel accueillant du public eau pas très net sans aucune filtration.et les personnes qui marche avec les chaussures de l'extérieur de partout et d'autres comme nous et bien d'autres niveau hygiène chez nous impassable, ont a vraiment était déçu car ont avait hâte de venir. Et après discussion avec d'autre personne sans savoir que nous tenions un club pensée la même chose que nous.et pourtant ont nous avez recommandé l'établissement ou alors s'était un mauvais jours à voir si un jour ont revient un jour et si l'ont reviendra ici.

They tried overcharging me at entrance and blamed it on “miscommunication”. The staff are so rude and reading how they respond to the other reviews here, it’s clear they don’t understand how to take feedback and have no intention of improving.sauna was big but dirty, smelly and full of creepy men. 0 stars.absolutely do not recommend this place.

An overall great clean place where you can spend a lot of time going up and down the stairs cruising around Customers are very nice more down to earth not like the crowd at Coloniale I can still manage to catch a few winks of sleep as well as much as the music is quite loud a bit of a pet peeve for me My 3 star rating is for the fact im often told that the only rooms left are those with mirrors which is not the case at all Trying to make that extra quick buck lying in the way that you do is not really very nice! The customers overall are very nice the people at the front can use some improvement!
