The customer service is A+. I've contacted Globe twice for defective products and I received replacements within a week.

Globe Electric Inc sells junk halogen bulbs (100w) : mine burnt in only 10 weeks for the second time in the past few months and this despite the claims made on the package stating " LONG LIFE".

J'essai d'entrer en contact avec eux pour faire honorer une garantie. Sans succès. J'ai laissé plusieurs messages et Global electric ne donne pas suite. Pensexz y à deux reprises avant d'acheter un produit Glocabl electric. Si le produit cesse de fonctionner, vous êtes faites. J'ai mis une étoile mais c'est le système qui l'exige, car le service après vente est un gros zéro!

Terrible warranty process. Customer service doesn't understand English very well and it took a lot of emails to get an answer that should have took one email. Very unhappy with performance of surge protector, it killed my computer after a storm and now there's nothing I can do about it. Would not recommend.

My smart lights got disconnected once and was never able to re connect. I also call customer serves and left multiple voice mails and they never got back.since the lights never reconnected the lights will flash every time I turn my light on for at least 5 min.

Service a la clientèle inexistant, ils demandent de laisser un message et puis ne vous rappelle pas. Actuellement je suis à 96h après et toujours aucune nouvelle.

Les ampoules intelligentes sont toujours hors ligne malgré des reset. Par le fait même ils perdent leur lien avec mes programmation. 50$ au poubelles.

Je viens d’acheter deux lumières intelligentes, mais l’une des boîtes était vide. Je viens d’en aviser la compagnie, je vous tiens au courant de leur proposition!

Les ampoules Globe vendu chez Canac sont économique et garantie 5 ans (25 000h). On va se le dire, elle ne durerons jamais 5 ans ni même 1-2 ans sauf si vous ne l'utilisez pas. J'utilise dans mon sous sol des ampoules GU10 pour une moyenne de 6-7h par jour et j'ai remarqué que certaine ampoules semblaient brûler plus fréquemment que d'autres modèle. Après investigation, je me suis rendu compte que c'était celle de la marque "Globe" que je remplace périodiquement. Je viens d'en changer 2 à l'instant et elle datait de mars et avril 2021. J'avais commencé à écrire les dates dessus au moment des changements pour en avoir le cœur net. Fiez vous sur moi, c'est pas une batch défectueuse, c'est mon expérience sur 2 ans environ. J'ai les boîtes originale et les reçus de caisse mais à quoi bon faire changer 8$ d'ampoules si je dois payer l'expédition? Bref, what you pay is what you get.

App don't connect to Wi-Fi or to the bulb.
Basically, I bought a 20$ 60w bulb

My Globe product works very well. It has great colors and produces awesome light. I'm going to be honest, it is quite difficult to get everything connected and setup, but once its setup you won't be disappointed. I contacted customer service, and Phillipe was great. He was very helpful and with his help, I was able to setup my light. I rate Globe 4/5

J'ai acheté une lampe sous garantie à faire remplacer. J'ai soumis ma demande à la mi-septembre 2020 et après plusieurs tentatives de rappel, je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle de leur part. Ça fait presque cinq mois d'attente!

Woudlnt buy again, globes that wont pair even after I deleted my whole 5.0ghz network. Pretty damn expensive for white globes if they cant pair.

One of my lights started malfunctioning and I reached out to the this company and I must say I was impressed with how great their customer service is. They took care of my problem quickly and easily. I also must say I love their smart lights. We have a few of them around the house and love turning our apartment into a party at night with the party mode setting.

Horrible quality, bought mine at Costco, had them replace the bulbs (3pack) twice. They worked for 2 months and they are flickering, one even has the green light burnt out.after several emails to Globe they requested pictures and receipts, after sending what they requested, they now want me to mail them the faulty bulbs for examination.they try to make you feel like you are trying to rip them off for a bulb! WTF globe. I will look into Phillips hue, as for this incompetent company, I will never purchase their products again.

Awesome customer service! I bought 3 light fixtures from Lowes and didn't install these until our kitchen remodel was complete about 8 months later. 1 of the 3 light fixtures had broken globes. I contacted customer service and they are sending new globes at NO CHARGE! Great company and will continue to buy these beautiful fixtures for the rest of the house.

J'ai acheté 6 ampoules au DEL et 4 d'entre elles n'ont pas durée plus d'un an et demi. Même si elles sont garanties 5 ans, on a pas voulu me les remplacer. Fini pour moi les profuits de Globe.

Purchased a ceiling light fixture online, which was drop shipped to my home. It was of extremely inferior quality, as was the Customer Support. If I am calling you with a LEGITIMATE quality issue, is does not endear me to your Company if I am forced to engage with a rude, snarky Representative who is also not truthful. A Canadian company doing business in the US would do better being more competitive with Customer Support, rather than further antagonizing a Customer to the point that they feel obligated to write negative reviews about the product AND the Company!

Le service et le produit le plus pire qui soit! Globe electric est vraiment rond comme leur nom!

Worst customer service and products! If there were “0” I will give “00” to them!
