J'ai utilisé les services de Globex sur les conseils d'une amie pour transporter de la machinerie lourde de New York à Montréal. Le coordonnateur logistique, Mohamed, a fait preuve de beaucoup de disponibilité, d'une patience et d'un dévouement sans limites à toutes les étapes du processus et malgré quelques petits couacs de la compagnie de livraison. Je recommande donc chaudement Globex pour leur humanité, la qualité de leur service et les prix avantageux.

Where to begin. This courier company's service is Beyond amazing.

Quality: The customer service first off responded to my email within (or Less) than 2 hours, Nathalie was extremely friendly, supportive and worked very hard to satisfy my needs. She was emailing away and calling me back to update each round. Making sure my package would be shipped THAT day to be received the NEXT day to it's destination! Which it WAS! And ZERO competitor has not nearly given such service, especially now-a-days.
The value: The value of our package was more affordable than any other competitor around, especially considering how hard they worked for me to deliver my package. These guys need a raise! ;)
Professional: This company from top to bottom have exceeded beyond my expectations. I'm completely blown away how much everyone involved actually cared. From the amazing help from my customer service (Nathalie) to the employees working at the counter that were expecting my husband by name, to the boss personally making sure and finalizing the details. Top notch!

Je transige avec cette compagnie depuis 2 ans pour nos produits que nous importons de la Chine et de la Corée. Le service est très bien surtout avec l'un de leur employé, Mohamed Aramis, qui durant cette période (COVID-19) m'a supporté, m'a fourni des bons conseils et m'a suggéré la meilleur façon d'importer dans des conditions très difficiles avec le meilleur prix selon le délai qui est disponible ou possible. Cela nous a permis de fournir à nos partenaires un très bon service aussi.

Called to get a rate for a pick up from mtl to the south shore. They gave me a reasonable rate and we where to complete the order until they realized they where going to pick up my medical cannabis legal prescription.
For a strange reason is ok to ask to go pick up opioids and morphine, but medical cannabis somehow needs a special procedure?
the person wasn't able to explain me why their delivery guys couldn't go pick up a box with my medication and bring it here, that's like the reason to be to this kind of company? To deliver urgent stuff? That why one pays 40-50$ for the 20 min trip.thank you so much for your lack of service, please add in your site that you do NOT pick up MEDICAL SUPPLIES. Because if you do, you where horribly discriminatory to me, as that's my medication.

The best carrier service Primo Instrument Inc (Trescal Group) got in over 34 years of business for INTL orders, no matter if it's for ship something or receive something back from USA, Europe for our company. We are in measurement and controls and they take care of our shipments. Great aftersales service, they take every situation as a serious matter.

Vendredi, le 13 septembre 2019, j'ai vécu une situation du style 24 heures chrono ou toutes mes démarches commençaient après 16h. J'ai eu le plaisir de savoir qu'il y a encore des gens prêts a aider même s'ils ne savent pas la nature de l'urgence, même si leur quart de travail sont terminés depuis un moment. Needed my daughters computer picked up from Montreal and delivered to Mont Tremblant. I reside in Toronto and found Globex Courier through the internet. Marie Richer, in customer service, couldn’t of been more helpful. She took me step by step through the process ensuring my daughter received her computer in exactly the way she promised. She kept me up to date on the time it would be picked up to the time it was delivered. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future or refer them to family, friends and colleagues.

Was looking for a reliable & local courier company for our wholesale and E-commerce business, got in touch with Globex Courier, spoke to Mo, I have to say, this person was so attentive and took the time to make sure things were clear from the start.
