Terrible customer service - billed me for a non-existing item (out of stock, after confirming it was available). Would not process a refund electronically, would have to go back to the store for a refund after waiting a week for nothing. NEVER AGAIN!

Very poor service, the first time I went with my spouse we spent nearly 30 min at the store and there was 2 sales ladies standing not far from us talking to each other and didn't even ask us if we needed help. Two days later, we went back for the second time to exchange one of the shoes my wife had bought and turns out that one of these 2 ladies we met before was the store manager that was unfortunately the one serving us at the cashier at that time and which really was unpleasant to deal with, she lacks customer experience. Also, seeing her talking to her own employees made me feel petty for them.

Attention, ce magasin contrevient au règlement d'étiquetage et d'indication des prix de l'Office de la protection des consommateurs. Lors du plus récent black friday, ils annonçaient une promotion pour dire que les souliers étaient en réduction jusqu'à 50%. Jusqu'ici ça va. Dans le magasin, il y avait des pancartes en haut des rayons qui mentionnaient 15%, 25% et d'autres 50%. Bref, le consommateur comprend que les souliers sont réduits selon le pourcentage indiqué dans le rayon. Or, en arrivant à la caisse, les souliers dans le rayon à 50% ne sont pas nécessairement à 50%, dans mon cas ils étaient à 20%. Cela n'était indiqué nul part que ces souliers étaient à 20% et non 50% comme mentionné sur la pancarte en haut du rayon. Pour le savoir, c'est une surprise rendu à la caisse! Cela est non seulement de la fausse représentation, mais un manque de respect pour leurs clients.

I would like to share my very unpleasant experience with the Point Claire store today. I came to the store with the intention to buy 2 pairs of sports shoes. I selected a few ON SALE models and came to the check out just to find out that both selected pairs are at the regular price. When I highlighted to the salesperson that the pairs I selected are right on top of the sale signs, she checked and told me that only selected colours are on sale. I asked to speak with the manager to explain that the product that is NOT ON SALE placed right above the sale sign is not a fair representation. See image attached (I selected white pair, but only black one on the back is on sale). The manager simply told me that she follows company marketing policy (very misleading in my opinion) and I suppose to look for sale sticker on the bottom of the shoe to make sure it's on sale or ask the salesperson. I highlighted to her that there is NO information anywhere in the store that provides me with guidance about the sales program and how to look for the right product and during my 30 min in the store NO sales person came to see me. Despite me mentioning that I have been a loyal customer for the last 5 years and I spend on average 500$ a year in this store, she told me that there is NOTHING she can do for me. After leaving empty handed, I am sorry to say that for 40$ this store lost not only 130$ sale, but also a loyal customer. I took time to write it all with the hope that this information helps future customers to avoid disappointment and maybe the owner will rethink their marketing policy and improve customer service and experience.

Bought my 14 year old daughter a pair of shoes, after wearing for 4 days they started to split. Brought them back today and manager looks at them and says « wow, lots of wear and tear!  ». This was before asking how long we’ve had them. I’ve been in customer service for over 30 years and the first thing you ask on a return is how long have you had the item. She gave me more attitude and then walked away saying she couldn’t deal with today. I got my credit and then went to Sports Experts and spent $200 on 2 pairs of shoes. Will never go to Globo again! BTW, this was my 3rd return in 6 months. Had 2 winter boots with issues (broken zipper and cracked sole.
