The service is horrible the manager and staff are not working the store is like a chilling spot from the staff.
If you have ounce of respect for your self go to a other store that has better reputation and service.

Never coming back to the store last time every time I purchased a product I ended up coming back because it would keep breaking on me really cheap

If I could give this store negative reviews I would this is probably the worst Globo store I've ever been the customer service is horrible they treat the customers like Second class citizens and the products they sell are cheap don't even last 4 months.
Avoid this store.

My mother and my brother went to the shop today around 1: 30PM. She went to the caisse counter to pay with cash. They made her waiting for an hour. But there were 3 cashier. 2 of them not taking cash. They want to take carte only. But other one who can take cash, was dealing with a customer for an hour to book by online a shoe. This is a second time, this happens. First time they were excused and gave 10%off. I don't need their discount, basic respect towards all colors people. We are living in 2023. Give respect to everyone.

The make a mistake on my winter boots, she orders the wrong color, I tried to call 10 times since they opened at 10AM, I decided to go in person

I went to this store to get a refund for a pair of boots I had purchased online, but that didn't fit. The refund was granted cheerfully in a no-questions-asked, hassle-free process. While I was there I decided to look around at the winter boots, since I still needed a pair. I tried on numerous pairs, and finally found one I like even better than the ones I returned. The employees were very helpful to boot (pun intended). ;)

I also want to give a shout out to the customer-service agents who work in the call center. I had to phone the center several times with various inquiries after placing my order, one of which had to do with the fact that FedEx messed up the delivery of the boots mentioned above. The agent who answered that call got in touch with FedEx and got things moving to ensure that the boots would finally be delivered.

All in all, Globo's customer service is superlative, and that's not something you can say about too many companies nowadays. It's obvious that Globo trains their employees well.

Great service at the branch at Laval near tne 440 and perfect variety of selection at reasonable prices.

Mon magazin préféré. On se fait pas achaler par les vendeurs. On essaie les chaussures à notre guise. Un peu plus cher qu'avant

I bought shoes Wednesday and I asked her if I put and it be uncomfortable can I give you back. She told me yes but when in Sunday I give them back she told me no you put on it and now I have a pairs of uncomfortable and unusable shoes

Je me suis acheter des bottes en décembre et il y avait un défaut mais je les avait porter et la garantie de satisfaction était passé. J'ai rencontrer Katherine Chabot au Magasin 4501 qui a été vraiment très gentille, un service à la clientèle exceptionnel. Elle a tout fait et m'a proposé plein de solution à mon problème. Ce matin je tenais à lui dire Merci et à lui donner une mention spéciale pour sa gentilesse et son service. Merci Katherine

On peut acheter des chaussures et des semelles.
Il y a des tailles;1;2;3;4;5;6;7 pour enfants, hommes et femmes.
Il y a 2 ou 3 coussins bleus foncé et pour essayer les chaussures.
Il y a des personnes qu'on peut parler avec lui.
GLOBO est grande, les prix sont très chère (entre 50$ à 150$).
Pour payer les chaussures, il y a une très longue ligne.
On peut essayer les chaussures sur les coussins bleus foncé au fond.

Bonne variété de chaussures pour toute la famille. C'est plutôt un style entrepôt de chaussures, les modèles sont au dessus des boîtes et vous vous servez tout seul.
Côté conseil ou aide c'est pas le bon endroit.
Toujours un peu agaçant le classic traitement de chaussures à la caisse est suggéré à chaque client.

Je suis allé ce soir. L'employée ne comprend pas ce que je dis, incapable de parler en Français. Assurez-vous d'avoir du monde qui parle en français au Québec SVP! Je vais voir une seconde employée, une soirée clairement pas occupée, elle me dit qu'elle ne peux pas me servir pour le moment et qu'elle va me revenir. Elle n'est jamais revenu. J'ai travaillé dans la vente plusieurs années et c'est inacceptable. Très mauvais service. N'allez pas là même pour sauver 5$.
