Our experience with GLS has been exceptional. Our driver/delivery is always professional, courteous and helpful. Some other courier services fail to remember the value of customer service and time. Thankfully GLS has always delivered.

I have to start stating that my parcel was late for delivery. I contacted Customer service on last Monday with the question: when can I expect this parcel to be delivered? I explained to the GLS Representative - Ms Marisa Madail Paiva that it is particularly important for me to receive this parcel before this Friday. Marisa was very friendly and understanding and promised me to track the parcel, also enforce delivery asap, before this Friday.
I exchanged a number of emails with Marisa and successively learned about the status of the shipment. Marisa kept updating me regularly in very polite manner. I could sense her real willingness for helping and keeping customers satisfied. Thanks to her my primary frustration was minimized and eliminated. Parcel was delivered today, a day before Friday, as Marisa promised. People like her make the difference. My opinion about GLS Canada is very positive. All kind of troubles/problems may occur during performing any task (for number of reasons), but the way how the Company deals with them and resolves them has the major impact and leaves the final impression. Marisa demonstrated a perfect example how the customers should be treated and kept satisfied, minimizing all stakeholders frustration.
I can recommend GLS Canada to all shippers/customers as a reliable, caring company (exactly as I was described before selecting them). Thank you.

Unbelievably poor service. Was eventually told by another company that GLS had handed the shipment off to a third party! No communication from GLS, I had a crew waiting for delivery, after checking tracking data I discoverthat it 'should' be arriving today! That is NOT what I paid for - 2 day delivery indeed!

I only have good things to say about you guys. I think the service when it comes to getting rates, and placing a request for pickup is great. The drivers on the other hand are VERY busy, and so when we place the call a little too late in the day chances are they will come the next day. That i can live with, because it does happen occasionally. Other than that keep up the good work.

J'ai commandé un test d'eau de chez H2Lab, les tests d'eau doivent être remis au notaire, sinon assurances titres de plus de 450$ à payer. Cela fait maintenant 2 semaines que j'attends de recevoir mon test qui doit être livé par GLS. Je ne sais pas si je le revevrai à temps. Lorsque j'appelle, je leur dit que c'est trop urgent et que j'irai le chercher moi-même, mais la compagnie n'est pas capable de localiser mon colis. Merci énormément pour le stress encourru!

I have to pay for their mistakes. I use them to courrier water to a lab.the water has a expiry of two days. Twice now the took four days to go from Montreal to Quebec city. The Lab returns my sample as void. I have to pay the lab a second time.and its all because they delivered to the wrong address. So instead of GLS offering a credit for their mistake. They are changing me again. Their excuse is.soooorrrrrryyyyyy! (Sarcastically)

Parcel was 'out for delivery' every day this week and back at the warehouse every night. They didn't have time apparently. Save your money and use a real service.

I was very impressed by the professional approach of my delivery driver. He went above and beyond, and assisted me in making sure my delivery (very heavy) was in its proper place before leaving. Amazing customer service by the driver. Would recommend for your delivery needs!

La pire compagnie de livraison avec laquelle j'ai eu à faire durant 43 ans de carrière. Ca dit 3 boites mais tu en recois seulement une. Tu recois des colis dichirés ou avce les pieces endommagées. Tu planifies un ramassages et ils ne ramassent pas. Tu les contactes et ce n'est jamais leurs fautes mais toujours celle d'un autre département. Une belle compagnie d'imcompétatnts

Le livreur a livré mon colis à la mauvaise adresse et plus de 1 mois d'attente pour mon remboursement, je relance la compagnie pour me faire dire qu'ils me rembourseront pas et de contacter l'expéditeur! Service à la clientèle médiocre!

Totally unrelated to the business itself. But tonight my vehicle broke down in rush hour traffic. I was being honked and yelled at as though I planned to inconvenience everyone. Vehicles were racing around me! I couldn't safely exit my vehicle. I was approached by two GLS employees that helped me with some fuel and pushed my vehicle out of the way. God bless these 2 men! A huge appreciation for their efforts and humanity! Again I thank you so very much!
