2x now. Drove my 3yr old granddaughter (for her) with her mom. They made the little one wait 4 hrs, 2nd time 15 minutes (great), now 3rd time wait was 4 hours and not seen as waited from 2 PM to almost 7 PM. Despicable making a 3yr old wait in waiting room for this long - they should have passed the child to be reviewed by other doctors. Had I known, I personally would have ordered catering dropped off for my family to dine and movers to bring in a sofa to lounge in.

Not impressed being told 2-3 people ahead of them at 2 PM, and here they are at 6: 45 PM still waiting. This is not 1st time. As a grandpa I'd say not cool.

My doctor is fantastic, he is the best I ever had. However, the phone system at that clinic really sucks big time. I just can’t get through and if I do, she puts me on hold for over an hour until I get off the phone. I don’t know who reads those criticisms but they surely don’t do anything to solve this big problem. I think this is such a lack of respect for all patients. I am going to find out which part of this sick health care system this clinic is accountable for and see what happens.

They don’t take voice messages+takes very long to answer your call+puts you on hold for minimum 20 minutes and very limited availabilities for appointments. Friendly doctors and assistants tho

Amazing clinic and support staff! ! Second time I booked a urgent appointment, and was given the next day. I was in and out within 20 minutes both times. I don’t recall the previous walk in doctor, but this time was Dr Wellick and nurse Sara, and Mandi. Wow! That’s all I can say! You hear a lot of bad things about clinics that really make you wonder about our health care, but this clinic truly cares about their patients, which is very rare! Thank you again GMF HUDSON!

I have only good things to say about my recent experiences with Dr. Gregoire and her team…Karine, Marie Noel and Nurse Sarah. After a few tries calling, I was able to get an appointment a few days later. The reception staff was pleasant and helpful and the support staff was kind and knowledgeable and I was presented with an excellent treatment plan and follow up. I was really impressed with how friendly everyone was and how smoothly the appointment went. Bravo!
