Can never get an appointment with my doctor, even when it is to go over important tests that had been done and the doctor requested to see me earlier than we thought for a follow up.
The way this place is set up sucks. While the receptionists are very nice, there isn’t anything they can do to help with booking appointments. Even if you call right when they open for an appointment the next day you can’t get one.

Worst service I've ever seen. Add an appointment at 9AM, the woman at the reception was late, I waited 1 hour to be seen 10min by a doctor who don't disinfect his tools. They made me wait 30 more minutes after the appointment because they forgot my folder then told me I can leave. Incompetent and unprofessional.

I had to go for an ecg at effort with Dr. Rose never been to this clinic was kind of stressed out at 1st. OMG I was first served by a secretary that was so kind and smiling then the person who did my ecg was MAURI. She was amazing explained everything to me from A to Z. MAURI was the kindest sweetest person I have ever met and I've met lots of nice people in my life. Then I saw doctor rose who looked at my results and explained to me nicely and examined me and took the time to make sure everything was oki. Bravo to them I totally reccomend them great job team. 5 out 5! Thank you thank you thank you!

I always refer my friends & family to Physimed. My partner & I have been going for over 15 years. We schedule our annual physical every year around January & we could count on the great service when scheduling an appointment. We always deal with friendly, experienced staff & a professional doctor. Thank you!

The staff at the front seem to bee very busy or not really care at time, but as a clinic, I have to say they are very good. I have Doctor Anghel and by just asking the correct questions he ticked off something for my bloodwork and saw something just a big off, was referred to a specialist and it changed my life. I don't have his email, if I did I would have contacted him directly and told him how much I appreciate his service.hope he gets to see this.

Le docteur Assayagh est mon médecin depuis plusieurs années, il est très professionnel, et très compétent, humain et à l’écoute. Ce docteur se soucie de ses clients! Cette clinique offre un très bon service, avec un accueil chaleureux et du personnel hautement qualifié.

Les rendez-vous prenne 2 mois le médecin repond pas au fax envoyer par la pharmacie 1h d'attente avant de pouvoir parler à quelqu'un qui ne px rien faire pour vous c'est ridicule!

J'ai eu une tres bonne experience avec eux, de plus leur service a la clientèle est a la perfection. Les employer m'ont acceuillit de maniere chaleureux et souriant.

My experience with Physimed is very good compared to other clinics in Montreal. Great staff and follow-ups. I used the walk-in clinic too and was a good experience as well.

I have never experienced such horrible and arrogant service by the secretaries at Physimed. If you need to be followed by a doctor, I highly suggest removing your file from Physimed as before understanding your situation or looking at your file, the secretaries quickly jump to conclusions. I tried to cancel an appointment since I was going to be out of town, without even finishing my sentence, a secretary named Lana responded: " Sorry you cannot make another appointment with your doctor". Once I told her to consult my file and it was an emergency, she changed her tone and said " I can see what I can do". As I told her that her tone is not appropriate to patients seeking help, I asked to speak to her manager and she hung up on me. I really do not trust my health in the hands of unqualified staff who don't even care to look into a file before responding to a client.

Any organization in which you ask to make a complaint and hangs up on you should not be servicing customers. If anyone reads these reviews, as none have been responded to, please give me a call.

What's the point to give an appointment and already be late by an hour and a half already early morning. Can't imagine by end of day. They used to be so good years ago.

Saw doctor in the summer. He did not provide renewals of regular prescriptions. Now that they are expiring I asked if doctor could renew them. No, only with an appointment but no appointments until January! Can I speak to doctor? Was told no. Can I send him an email? No again. Call pharmacy I was told. Pharmacy was helpful. Physimed was not as usual. Always say no to everything and are so rude. The doctor is nice but he made the mistake and they would not take any responsibility. This has been my experience for years. Can never get by the unprofessional receptionists.

Depuis 27 ans, les prises de sans étaient prises en arrivant avant la visite du médecin.en ce qui me concerne, j'ai 2 hrs de routes a faire et cela me plaisait car j'ai soif et faim après 4 hrs suivant mon réveil.
Hier, les prises de sang ont étés prises après donc j'ai du attendre 5h30 pour boire mon café et manger.cela m'a déplus royalement.

Physimed is a great clinic, however Dr Doina Sitaru isnt. I arrived 8 minutes late for an appointment and she cancelled my appointment. I have, in the past waited for her numerous times way past my appointment time. Unfortunately, not all doctors put their patients first.

Their way to book an appointment for a walk-in is a joke. It gives conflicting information (5PM vs 8PM) and then it shows no slots even though I entered at 5: 01PM. Embarrassment.

I have been coming here for 2 years for my allergy shots. However, the past months, the service has been horrible. Everytime I come, I have to wait over an hour to get my shots. On top of that, they need to check for swelling 30min after, but I often have to wait more than an hour! Which means a total of 2h! For a private clinic, this is unacceptable. I’m very disappointed.

Ridiculous. My mom is prediabedic and hasn't had an annual checkup in 2 years due to the pandemic. She has been trying to get an appointment since May. As advised, she filled the form online but did not receive a reply in weeks. She then called to inquire about it. No apologies. They said they would call us when the schedule would be open, but NEVER DID. So WE have been calling often, just to be told to call again when the schedule is open for the following month. It is now almost the end of August and we were just told that everything is booked until September. Incredibly bad service and rude receptionists

Terrible lab team/nurses.you'll do your test 4 times because they lose the specimen.one nurse was supposed to get a sample of my earwax and lacked the knowledge how to do so. I've been a customer for a year now and I've seen enough.run away

Rudest doctor I have ever seen and slow service. I went in for a job medical examination with appointment time at 9 am, and finally was able to set out of the door at 11: 40 with just for a single tuberculosis test. The doctor berated me for take out the staple from two piece of form (I did it because they were stapled wrong), and interrupt me during my explanation with a "just yes or no". Extremely rude.can't believe it.

Service and care was top notch. Very professional, educated, and genuine in their approach. From the front desk staff and secretaries to the Kinesiologist to the Flex/Id Professionals, to the Dr.in charge, excellent and highly recommended.

Depuis 2 ans mon medecin de famille n'est plus du tout a son affaire, j'ai beaucoup de mal a avoir mes prescription, mes pharmaciens ont autant de misère a contacté mon médecin de famille pour des renouvellement ou autres. De plus, lorsqu'on appelle pour differente raison c'est dur d'avoir un bon service, on nous transfert a quelq'un d'autre et jamais de réponse pour 45 minute d'attente. Enfin bref la clinique ou j'ai le pire service autant au niveau des secrétaires que des médecins c'est cher physimed.

It's been a year since pandemic, most of the family doctors are still working from home full time. How come? ! Now if you want to see a doctor in the walk in clinic, you have to make an appointment online on their website the previous day. Within seconds, its already booked. You are screwed if you don't have internet because they no longer take walk in appointments by telephone. On top of that, they only have spots for 20 patients a day and their last appointment is 2pm. Before, it used to be 7pm. Overall impossible to see ur family doctor in person and impossible to get a walk in appointment.

They have a whole mental health Section on their website yet one of their doctors believes that the cure for depression and anxiety is to forget about it and smile. Were not in the year 1950 anymore.

Service rapide, résultats le lendemain. Pas d’attente. C’est certain qu’il est préférable d’avoir des assurances.

Je suis un patient depuis l’ouverture de la clinique et j’ai toujours eu les meilleurs services requis.

Incompétence

Je fais des radiologies suite à mon rdv avec le Docteur et le lendemain je suis sensé avoir un appel. 2 jours plus tard sans réponse, je tente de joindre le Docteur, pas présent pour 2 jours et peut-être la semaine d'après au complet. La réception me propose un rdv 2 semaines plus tard ou de revenir faire le processus. Donc pour des radiologies qu'ils analysent dans la journée même ou le lendemain matin et un appel de 3 min, je suis obligé de prendre un rdv 2 semaines plus tard ou bien de retourner encore.

Went here for a medical check-up and the experience was as smooth and painless as could be. My doctor was Dr. Catherine Paris, and she was incredibly polite, answered all my questions and concerns and truly made me feel comfortable. The receptionists were also very warm and welcoming to me. Would highly recommend Physimed!

Le service à la réception est vraiment pas bon, ou bien toutes les filles sont nouvelles ou elles sent fou

I made an appointment, received a reminder and was seen within a reasonable window of my appointment. (15min). Staff was courteous and efficient. My family physician was as detailed as needed. Focusing on the important points and explaining every step of the assessment. Thank you.

Pas trop heureux avec leur système de renouvellement de prescription, j'ai oublier de lui en parler pour qu'il renouvelle, et lui aussi a oublier en regardant mon dossier et la il faudrait que je paye pour renouveler ma prescription, c'est une arnaque selon moi, ou bien il faut encore que je prenne un rendez-vous et perdre mon temps, de toute façon je vais payer d'une manière ou l'autre, pas possible non plus qu'il m'appel quand il aurait deux minutes.chez nous le service a la clientèle est pas mal mieux dévoué a nos clients.

I am very impressed by their service. I visited for a emergency visit due to my kids health issue. They have treated the situation very well and I was there for one hours and they prioritized childs care.

Très bonnes installations, bon service mais il manque plus d'information sur les procédures pour faire le bilan de santé et les preuves de laboratoire. J'ai remarqué là-bas qu'il n'y avait pas besoin d'aller à jeun pour le rendez-vous médicale ni de faire les preuves de laboratoire avec eux.

Excellente expérience! L'accueil à la réception a été chaleureux et efficace, ma médecin est extraordinaire, et les infirmières sont tout aussi professionnelles. J'ai eu mes prises des sang, mon RV avec le médecin, et un vaccin, et tout cela en une heure à peine! Excellente prise en charge de la réceptionniste qui m'a guidée à travers tout ça. Et j'ai hâte de voir la clinique après les rénovations!

Si les spécialistes sont tres compétents, la réceptionniste actuelle est tres désagréable, seche et ne montre aucune empathie envers le patient.concernant les rendez vous. Avant elle, l autre receptionniste était agréable.c est décourageant
