Started my treatment with Go and couldn't be happier. Professional staff, clean and modern office, great location. Tuyêt was especially helpful with getting me started with my treatment.

I found the orthodontist intimidating and rude, and there is no support available if you are having any trouble with the process whatsoever. I am dreading returning for my next follow-up appointment.

I'd like to give a 4.5 but halves are not offered so going with a 5.
I picked Go Orthodontistes because of the high ratings and having done the most Invisalign treatments.
Do I agree with some of the negative reviews?
Yes and no, there was some miscommunication with the people at the front desk a few times, and the consultation did feel salesy with a hint of the scare, a sprinkle of pepper and a jab of self-esteem, but there were no lies. If left untreated, my teeth would have gotten worse, and that was made clear.
Throughout the Invisalign journey, I was super nervous because there were times I couldn't tell if what I felt in my mouth was normal.
Though as time passed, I figured out what felt okay and what felt off. I also learned when to say "no" when it involved teeth shaving. (Teeth shaving made me uncomfortable. The times I said "no" to it, I have no regrets.)
Close to the end of my treatment, my back teeth were not touching when I closed, and I had a very slight gap between one of my teeth where Dr. Go had shaved during the middle phase of my treatment. Dr. Thorpe noticed it and did his best to try and have it closed, but it wouldn't. I would have had to sacrifice a bit of my teeth alignment, which would have left me with an annoyingly uncomfortable bite sensation. So I left it as is as it was hardly noticeable.
It's been more than a year since the end of my treatment, and all is okay. The not touching sensation in the back teeth has gone (that feeling happens due to the trays. Once I wore them less, the teeth came down), and the slight teeth gap hasn't bothered me. Keeping my teeth clean has been a breeze, and the 3-year journey has gotten me into a good habit of better oral hygiene, which my dentist points out at every appointment.
So in all, My experience was good. Invisalign was stressful, but it taught me to be kinder to my teeth and maintaining better oral hygiene has gotten easier. Though I do like to point out that Invisalign isn't for everyone. Much of the work and responsibility is on the client. I'd also like to mention that this is a forever commitment. After the treatment, you must keep up the routine with your retainers. Forgetting will cause your teeth to shift, and you may have to do the expensive treatment process again, which I'm sure no one wants. We all want to achieve good health, and having healthy teeth that are easy to clean and maintain is one of them. Remember, the smile is just a bonus. The main goal is health and quality of life.

Appointment made and me showing up. But they say no. Time is wasted and the receptionist is so rude.

Plan de traitement absolument flou et à dimensions variables. Beaucoup de mauvaises surprises au fur et à mesure. Difficile d’avoir une explication en Français. Très frustrant
