Golden Elite Déco Bathroom Vanities & Flooring

They Redesigned interior of store and it has a more inviting look.
One thing I would say is they stick to one type of style and not give more choices.
That’s a good/bad approach depending if they have what you’re looking for.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve furnished to bathrooms with their products.
Good quality but a hint on the overpriced. (but what isn’t today)

They meet the demand of the most current trends.

Great store with unique designs for bathroom renovations, and at the best price I could find around the area. We purchased for two bathrooms, Nairi was super helpful with the sale, and pickup at the back warehouse was a breeze. We ran into a few minor items of note but the after-sales customer service was great with good communication all around (thank you Anna!). Would recommend if you’re looking for quality items at an unbeatable price.

On nous a vendu un comptoir lavabo briser (fendu en 2) et impossible de l'échanger. Nous en avons repayer un nouveau. Première et dernière fois qu'on achète là. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce magasin, ils ne veulent que vendre, service à la clientèle médiocre.

Golden Elite on Brunswick is the location I usually deal with and they have been incredible to me and my team. Whenever we need quality flooring, or quality bathroom setups or and even led mirrors on any of my projects I call up Angela and she fixes everything up for us. Best customer service in the business. Also to get new ideas of the latest styles, the show room floor is always there to help our customers visualize the finished project. Great prices, great quality. And the liquidation area is also a great place to pick up items for when the budget gets really tight. Golden Elite has you covered from A to Z.

A real dump, staff is not knowledgeable, better off at Vogue er Vague for high end products and technical knowledgeable staff, waste of time.

Lots of vanity, shower and mirror offerings. Several staff available to assist. There is also thec "scratch and dent" warehouse next to this warehouse.

My contractor recommended Golden Elite. Usually I can't buy a thing at once. I have to review and compare these but I still used to hesitate to buy.
After searching almost vanity shops in Montréal, I could find here what I wanted with a competitive price. The staff was very kind et helped me a lot to choose the proper ones. I bought here 3 LED mirrors and 3 vanities for my 3 bathrooms. They upgraded my bathroom with modern look.
And I chose all black quartz countertop vanities. They go well with my grey and white marble tiled walls, look gorgeous and very beautiful. The quartz countertop is very soft and easy to clean.
Moreover all the vanities have the spacious drawers, I can organize all necessary stuff for my bathroom. Whenever I see them, I am very happy and it was a right choice!

After ready lots of reviews we decided to check out Golden Elite for a bathroom vanity. Upon entering the store we noticed it was similar to a liquidation store. The vanities look like low quality. Each drawer we opened seemed like the mechanism was rough and not smooth. I found better quality at Costco and Bain Depot. I can't comment about the customer or staff since we weren't greated or approached during our 20 minutes visit. We left and decided to purchase our vanity at Bain Splash just down the road.

We first went here over a year ago looking for bathroom items for two full bathroom overhauls. We were surprised to find a huge selection of different flooring types and ended up purchasing for 3 rooms worth plus the hallway of vinyl flooring. We're very happy with it, the price was very competitive and we enjoyed good service. So we went back after shopping around and bought both toilets there. The vanities are nice and the selection is impressive but were looking for a more country chic style, so we passed. But I immediately loved the led lit mirrors and went back for one because I never saw such a wide selection anywhere else and was confident I would find what I wanted here. When my contractor installed it he mentioned it was a very good quality one and was thinking of getting one for himself so I immediately told him where he could get it. We had a little issue with one of the toilets. A wonderful lady named Nairi accommodated us with a smile (very visible despite the mask) and was very understanding. I told her I was still looking for a heated towel rack and would be back for one shortly. I highly recommend this place. For the amount of times I've been there, I've witnessed employees trying to help customers with every little thing, with such patience and efficiency, it makes the experience that much easier. I've read about pick up wait times in other reviews. I've never had any problems all the times I went. You can feel confident going here, they will take good care of you.

Make sure to ask about their restocking fee so your not as shocked as I was when you return something!

Very terrible experience, do not shop there, to be honest they have good stuff and fair prices But their customer service is a disaster! Bunch oh liars! If you are very lucky you would be able to buy without facing any problems! We tried them 3 times and honestly it’s more than enough to judge their service. PS: this was a 9 months ago, hopefully they changed their staff by now!

We shopped in this place in April and got all our bathroom fixtures. The staff are extremely professional and very efficient. We had to go back today and am happy to say we got the same professional and efficient service. Can’t wait to get the barroom finished. Got some fantastic deals from them.

We bought hard wood maple WPC flooring at Golden Elite four years ago and we still like it. Very good quality, nice colour. So, this year we decided to buy vanity to our little washroom and basement. All is looking beautiful. We are happy with the service and price.

It was horrible. You must make sure when you pick up your orders for any missing items or giving you used item, or defected items (you might not get your item when you pick up because they sold it out of stock). In my cases, I had to go to the store 5 times because of all those cases. I do not recommend to my friends at all for their unprofessional process, customer services and so on. Specifically, if you hires contractor to finish your project in tight schedule. They will screw up your projects.

This is the very best place to shop for bathrooms. I'm extremely impressed with their customer service and reliability. I would never go anywhere else nor would I recommend any other place. Golden Elite is the place to go! Glenn and Stephany made my experience memorable. I'll surly be back when I do my floors.

No social distancing at this place. Could be a super spreader location for Coronavirus. Staff is not helpful in enforcing measures to protection health and safety of customers

What a joke. Told to pick up my order at 2: 00. Get there 5 minutes early, am 5th in line. After an hour waiting, there's still one person ahead of me.

After the installation was completed, water leaked, causing all the cabinets to soak. Now I can't use it normally. After two months of renovation, I found the cabinet leaked the next day. Four cabinets were ordered, and the quality is different. I went to the store and said that I can change other cabinets, but later I said that I can’t change them for more than 30 days. Then I would like to ask, even if it’s not for more than 30 days, is it normal for water to leak? Currently waiting for the merchant to solve the problem.

Golden Elite was a great place to shop! Santino helped us pick out flooring and was incredibly kind. He even told us to call him once we started installing the floor if we needed any pointers. My wife was having card issues and they were extremely accommodating. I highly recommend shopping here!

Je suis très déçu de mon expérience avec ce commerçant. Tout, d'abord lorsque nous avons acheté notre vanité et pharmacie de notre "futur" salle de bain la pharmacie était défectueuse, ainsi que le comptoir de la vanité. Nous avons dû attendre un mois avant de recevoir la nouvelle pharmacie. Pour ce qui est du comptoir de la vanité nous attendons depuis près de 4 mois en nous donnant toutes sortes d'excuses incohérentes. Maintenant, on nous dit qu'il faut attendre encore jusqu'au début décembre pour l'avoir sans même pouvoir nous le garantir. Maintenant, l'une des options qu'on nous donne c'est d'installer le comptoir défectueux en attendant sans considérer les coûts supplémentaires que cela nous occasionnera. L'autre option qu'on nous donne c'est l'échange. Sauf, qu'il n'y a rien en stock similaire à ce que nous avions choisi. Bref, si vous ne voulez pas être pris en "otage " lors de la réalisation de vos travaux, je vous déconseille de faire affaire avec ce commerçant.

J'ai reçu un service impeccable en plus d'avoir accès a une grande variété de matériaux à bas prix mais excellente qualité. J'ai reçu un excellent service après vente aussi! Je retourne c'est sur!

Zero services, incredible waited on the line 25 minutes to confirm the availability of the product everything is ok went there talk to a sales rep bought the vanity and side unit, sales rep let me know at the end of the invoice well the side unit is not available and told me go buy it next door! I cancel the full invoice and went to by next door like he told me the full bathroom that i needed sorry just loose one customer.

(yah me) she was able to assist me so much in picking the floors, the vanity, the faucet, the mirror, like everything. She also gave me great suggestions and advice as well as Santino* (owner/manager and contractor). Summer's really demonstrated her knowledge and passion to help me create my dream bathroom and flooring. The pick up option ran smooth and efficient. Great product and Service. 2nd reno with Golden Elite. Got hardwood and vanities, and was very pleased.

I have tho say the sales teams leagues are excellent. But the management is terrible. The place mention they are open Sunday but no where it says it’s only the showroom. I am as unable to come pick up my material Saturday so I called Sunday and no one can help since only showroom is open. I come to refund my order and the manager was so condescending. Customer experience is everything, but I guess the management don’t care since they had good sales this summer from COVID.

Bad customer service. I’ve been in there twice, and nobody addressed me.even when I asked for help. I was told they needed to take a call and asked me to wait for 5 minutes. I waited for 10, then left. I didn’t want to wait around to see what their after-sales service was like.

Ma conjointe et moi avons fait un achat de Plancher en bois franc d'ingénierie de chêne rouge à Golden Elite Pointe-Claire et nous sommes très satisfait. Nous avions prévu un couvre plancher pour maintenir la stabilité, mais finalement nous n'avions pas eu besoin.

Hedge collection i was told that the counter top of this vanity was Quartz but its not Quartz we bought it and my friend as been in the quartz business for 25 years and he was puzzled by my me saying that i bought a all in one Quartz counter top so he came to my house to look at it and brought it back to a Company Silestone that do an actual counter similar to this but in Real Quartz after performing some test big news this is not Quartz, i was very disappointed by the news, i am niot the kind of person that will run to the store and do a big thing about it i like it the price is fair but i am waiting to see the longevity of this product like quality, scratch and more but Golden Elite should NOT ADVERTISE this as a high end Qulaity Quartz counter top this is not nice thanks

Bought a $900.00 vanity. Told it was quartz. When the box arrived it said acrylic. Not the same at all. I asked the salesman for specs twice over a ten day period. He said he would but completely ignored me. They claim it is better than quartz but that is not what I paid for. The paint on the drawers is extremely delicate. I had already paid for transport and booked a plumber so I was stuck with it. On top of that they charge a whopping 25% restocking fee on flooring even if they miscalculate.

I was looking for a piece of floor to replace a damage floor in my closet. The Owner went in the back and found a perfect piece that was dirty but exactly what I was looking for. When I asked the price he said was complimentary. I will definitly come back!

Not so much for the flooring (ItalNord for that) but the vanities and the faucets and LED lighted mirrors.and a whole room of discontinued vanities and related stuff.some good sales.

I was here with a friend who intends to redo her kitchen floor. She wanted to get some samples and discover what Golden Elite has available. The staff was very helpful and friendly and even went and cut some samples!

Purchased a beautiful vanity, drain and faucet from this location because they have more demos than our local store on the south shore. Went to return the faucet at local store only to be told it has to be returned to the store where it was purchased. Went to that store on a Saturday only to be told they don't do returns on the weekend. It seemed like I was bothering them. Was told my salesperson should have told me when we bought it. He didn't. Spent a day on the island trying to find a good deal only to have to return on a weekday to return it. If returns have to be done at purchase store only, you should be able to do it at your convenience. I would return the complete $1800.00 purchase if i could load it in my truck by myself but i can't so i will return during the week.

Update. Manager at the Saint Hubert location was able to help me when I went back. The manager knows the value of customer satisfaction.

Golden elite offers a lot of variety of bathroom products which is great and their prices are relative to the quality they offer but the service is pretty slow!
I came on a sunday to do some shopping for bathroom related stuffs and after choosing all my products and was on my way to the cash to actually pay, the sale person says, their warehouse was closed and if I wanted to buy something it would be tomorrow! He saw I was ready for a purchase and yet didnt let me know that + on their site their is no notice or whatsoever!
So I came on monday to pick up the items I chose yesterday, I had to actually wait more than 40 min in the warehouse just to get the small items I purchased!
It's amazing that you have a lot of products but some efficient customer service would be appreciated!
So if you want to pick up something right away make sure you have 2h in your pocket to loose
