I ordered the Primo Viaggio 4-35 car seat with base in late September. After following up with Goldtex, as it had not shipped within the 2-3 day processing time, I was informed that the car seat in the specific color I wanted was out of stock at the time of ordering. Goldtex quickly informed me of when it would be back in stock and I opted to wait. Unfortunately, after the expected delay (2 weeks) the car seat was going to be further delayed until early November. This was too late for my needs. Goldtex promptly offered an alternative and a fair discount for the inconvenience. I recommend ordering and working with this company. Their customer service is excellent!

Recently bought two items from Goldtex and was very pleased with the experience. Both items were marked down to a great price and shipping was very fast! Will definitely be ordering again.

We ordered a stroller online from Goldtex as it was the best deal we could find. It was shipped quickly and received in great condition. We are very happy with our online purchase and will be looking to Goldtex for future purchases.

On the fence, There are plenty of selections for childrens clothing, including suits for boys and fancy - gown dresses for girls. We went to look for a suit and they barely had the size or colour we needed, most suits are in black so it was disappointing. However for a warehouse/store I found the store to be a bit pricey, the boys suits which look like school uniform material were the same cost as finding a suit in a specialty suit store like Moores who has better quality suits.

Thank you for responding on my comment, I just wanted to point out that I was told both downstairs in the girls dress section where we did purchase a dress and upstairs in the suit section by your sales ladies that stock will not be refilled whatever we see is all there is: (

Not only was the shipping fast for my online purchase, but they were prompt with responding to emails with questions about their products and went above and beyond to assist with providing products when some items were out of stock. Will definitely use Goldtex as my go-to children’s store!
