Went for a softball banquet and the food was excellent! First time ever eating at the golf Dorval

Well located in the west of the Montreal Island! Only 3 public courses on the island. Great Driving range, mini putt, Bistro 19, ice cream shop and 18 holes of golf that will challenge anyone!

We were at Golf Dorval for a graduation dinner. We cannot speak to the golf as we were there for an event only. The meal was buffet style so a variety of dishes. There was something for everyone. The food and service were excellent. Staff were friendly and responsive. A great venue for a celebration of this nature.

The pace of play was very slow, And the greens have “mini ring”. Would not golf here until that gets fixed, however the food and service in the clubhouse was good.

What a great places. The owner Lee is one of a kind. Came with my family (4 kids, brother in law and my wife). Lee was very kind, opened the course for us after closing hours. My family & I enjoyed every moments we share this evening. We will be back again!

Very underrated course. It's very well maintained and the marshalls are very friendly. The driving range has a lot of slots and the mini-putt is fun and challenging for all ages! The calzones in the restaurant are delicious and the beer is always nice and cold!

I found this rare gem by accident in my neighborhood. I thought it would be of low quality and vestuce. Little did I knew. The 18 hole course is well maintained, they have a nice driving range, a very good looking mini put, a pro shop and a bistro (Bistro 19) with a large terrace. I will definitely go again, and again.

Still early in the season, expect to apply winter rules. The greens need a lot of work and time.

Reasonable prices, convenient location, friendly staff and a fun course. I make regular use of the range, they're constantly working on the place as well.

Golf miniature: nouvelles installation, très très propre, belle arrangement fleurale, 18 trous à faire, amusant et divertissant. Pas trop cher pour une belle activité en famille ou entre amis. Ça nous a pris environ 1 heure pour faire le tour à 2 personnes.
Stationnement sur place.
Crémerie a coter à même l’installation pour finir avec une collation.
Table à pique nique pour prendre le temps de se reposer.
Je recommande c’est certain.

Very well maintained and managed club (not a member but go once in a while, less availability but manage to find anyway)

Had a nice lunch with the Crimson Floozies today, but we were inside since it was quite rainy out! Good times.

Super nice mini course.everything is new and well made.it's a compact course but only because it was designed so well, most of the holes are actually challenging to hit par and you've easily got an hour of entertainment with a family of four, more if you take your time. Around the course too you'll find attractive installations such as a great big waterfall that ends in a crystal clear pond. One tiny beef: there were some garbage cans near the ticket & ice cream booths and they were releasing a pungent aroma across two or three of the westernmost holes. Would go again!

This course played well, a moderate challenge for any golfer. Well kept fairways with fast greens.

Beau nouveau petit mini golf. Très propre et très neuf bien sûr. Crème glacée, resto, bar. Balles éclairantes de plusieurs couleurs. Le seul petit bémol, c'est un peu difficile, surtout pour les enfants. Mais toujours plaisant de jouer au mini putt.

We often take the kids to the mini putt but this time we went to the driving range.
It’s a very nice driving range. We had a lot
of fun and then had ice cream and the ice cream hut after.

Went Friday night. Live entertainment outside. It was a bit cool with wind so ate inside.
Food was very good and reasonable.

Le champ est beau, vaste. Il est confortable pour les gens au centre de ville Montréal et à l'ouest de l' île à y accéder. Le champ se trouve tout près de l'aéroport. Le prix est raisonnable. One place à réserver pour les partisans de golf.

Nice golf course. Family friendly. Mini putt also available and is very busy. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Not sure about the restaurant but there seems to smoking allowed on the terrace which drove us away. In general, we like Golf Dorval.

Very nice looking course, very open and friendly with "noobs" like me. Will definately be back.

Nice course and location, just impossible to get a good tee time. Soft greens makes me feel like a pro when I stick my shot, make sure to bring something to repair your divots

New "COVID" golfer here. I've now played about 25 rounds of 9 & 18 at Golf Dorval this season. Course is in good shape if a bit dry in places. Front 9 is flat and very wide/forgiving with lots of sun and breeze. Back 9 is a bit more narrow, buggy with less breeze and more shade. Hole #6 is surprisingly tricky. Hole #8 is fun to drive. My only complaint is the turf area on the practice range is often crowded but other then that its good golf are a great price. Pace of play can be a bit slow at times but marshals patrol regularly.

Friendly management, well run, however average customer service from golf Pro shop (for golf lessons).

Went to tge driving range and I was happy to see tgat they are constructing a mini putt near tge driving range. Good price for a bucket of golf balls and they have many stations for driving. Tyey have a shuttle yhat will taje you and your golf bag to the range. Nice experience.

This is a fun, well-maintained, medium-sized track. And it’s in excellent shape this year.

The speed of play is much better now than it was years ago, but I caution beginners before they head out to this course; the Marshall will be on your back if you hold up the players behind you.

Should be zero Marshall was pushy when i cant even hit the ball in order not to hit other players fairways are sub par and greens are absolutely terrible

Beautiful course, conditions are amazing. My only issue is that I play here quite often and everytime I go the starter always treats me terribly. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m young or whatever the case may be but I think something needs to change.

Difficult to make a reservation bordering on the asinine. Decent course but not worth the jumping through the hoops they put you through to get on it

To have this course in our west island backyard what a treat, amazing condition! Koodos to the people running this place.

I cant forget to mention the little club house restaurant has amazing food!

I love this place for a Summer afternoon drink or meal. You can watch the golf and enjoy the weather or hide inside when it rains. Staff are friendly. Fish and chips are recommended.

Was at Bistro 19 for a banquet yesterday, though the food was great, one would expect after paying a fixed amount for a tiny soup, proportionate meal and dessert that a coffee would be include. However that was not the case. I had to pay extra when I ordered one and was told after when the bill was given that its an extra fee. The servers were phenomenal but honestly, is it really breaking the bank to offer a coffee with dessert. My rating will stand until someone contacts me to advise.

Pace of play is horrible. Just played the 14th hole and there were 4 groups on the hole. Marshalls seem to be non-existent. Complete joke. Won't play here again.

Driving range is quite far to walk to but there a shuttle that take you there and the price per basket are good if you buy a lot

They need some staff who can work well with customers. A smile will go a long way for a golf club that’s been on the down since the late 90s. Unfortunate how such a promising local and public golf course has struggled to create a positive buzz. Treat your clients well and you may stay open a year or two longer.

Great location and easy to get to. Big changes since the last time I played here more than 20 years ago. The course is in relatively good shape, but the issue I have always had is the lack of etiquette from other players not repairing their divots on the fairways or fixing ball damages on the greens or raking out the sandtraps. A little can go a long way to making this an even nicer place to play. Not an overly challenging course but it's not a cakewalk either. Good place to work on your game

Nice public course on the island of Montreal. Prices are reasonable and also has discounts for residents of Dorval as well as junior golfers play for free at certain hours. Driving range has both mats and grass area for practice.

Very nice course, but expensive. Lots of sand and water, the course is very well maintained. There is a lot of walking between holes if you're on foot. Everything is extra though, theres no water tap to fill a bottle, you need to purchase everything.

Do not bring your clubs in the club house, if you do a woman with short hair will give you the death stare and belittle you. Not pleasant experience. The course itself was sufficient.

This time of the year the course is in the best shape considering the conditions that we've had regarding the weather

I only went to the driving range at golf Dorval. I had not been there in maybe three years and I can say that I was not overly impressed. It is however a municipal golf facility and so that has to be kept into consideration. The driving bays have mats that are in dire need of repair and replacement. I did hit iron shots off a very small area that had real grass however it was very muddy and without too much grass on it. The driving range is quite a distance from the parking lot and requires a long walk which I did not mind and they do have a shuttle that can bring you to the driving range for those who are so inclined

Great golf course. Nice design, good ballance of water, wide fairways and greens. Good conditiln, reasonable price. Reservation needed. Interesting wildlife, we even saw a beaver!

Great course with nice people. Prices competitive. They put out great tournaments with reasonable prices so check them out.

Very good for the price. The course has been recently renovated and looks great. The only real downside is depending on the wind direction the planes from the nearby airport can get annoying. It has a decent pro shop and bar with a nice patio overlooking the 18th. Ample parking.
