Very plan and organized company, I came here to deliver load of lumber, my truck was pulled in right on my appointment time and was empty in 40 minutes.

Young girl in receiving office was very nice and helpful.

***No place for overnight truck parking here and make an appointment before you arrive here.

We built our dream cottage 8 years ago and used this siding. After 7 years all the knot holes lost their colour. We ordered a custom colour and they did not process it properly. I started a warranty claim with Steeve Dirago and he was of no help brushed me off. I sent all the pictures and filled out a 5 paper report, what a waste of my time. Customer service was terrible and so was he. This siding comes with a 25 year warranty which is useless. Save yourself a lot of money product is terrible. I am now having the siding stained. I see other customers have had the same problem.

Very bad Quality. I recommend it to anyone around the world. He does not deal with this company. I purchased 2 containers. Quality red oak wood, first class. And I sent them to my country. I found out that they are third-class quality. And the price of wood is 55,000 US dollars. And I lost a big loss. I have proof of my words this

I've bought a house and was surprised that the deck was built by using Goodfellow wood of 1987.
The deck is pretty solid still.
This is amazing quality since it wasn't covered and we are in Montreal area.

Tres mauvais service a la clientele: 2 personnes incompetentes au service telephone, 2 automates qui ne veulent meme pas donner le temps de poser une question alors que le bureau a ottawa a prit le temps de repondre sans nous envoyer vers une boite vocale.

J'ai eu le priviège ce matin d'être derrière un de leur camions lors de mon trajet vers mon travail. Je n'ai jamais vu un camion expulser AUTANT DE FUMÉE NOIRE! Une expérience des plus désagréables pour tous les automobilistes! Peut-être devriez-vous considérer réparer vos camions?

I called in for a really quick info about cedar wood. They didn't leave me 1 second to talk and redirect me to a vocal message saying they don't sell to individuals. I was just asking a simple question, didn't want to buy it directly. What a shame and a poor client service.

Le bois reçu avait de la moisissure qui c'est propagé à toute la structure en quelques mois. Le pire service a1 la clientele au monde, quand vous les contactez il vous refuse l'aide disant qu'il ne sont que distributeur.
Sans compter les planches croches et trop mouillées.probablement ma pire expérience service client!

Worked here for a few months in Delson. Horrible management. Was let go via SMS. Took me over 2 months to get my last pay check. Left dozens of voice mails with the head of HR in delson. Not one returned call from her, had to get the CNEST involved.

The deck lumber delivered to me had many flaws (eg splinters, large cracks, rough finish). I think I got "leftovers" from the supplier. I sent Goodfellow photos and my invoice and after several attempts to get someone to examine the wood was told that I should have treated the lumber. I had in fact treated the lumber but after this exchange there has been just SILENCE from Goodfellow! I am very disappointed with their poor customer service.

My response to Goodfellow's comments:
I accept that poor quality wood should not have been used by my installer. Nevertheless the fact remains that much the Goodfellow lumber was in fact substandard. I think my installer is accountable for the wasted labour but It seems obvious to me that Goodfellow is responsible for the quality of their lumber. Who else could be?
