Goodman

Bad service, the lady was very rude and refused to help or answer any questions. Very poor experience.

Edit: instead of blaming your bad reviews on your competitors, do something about your rude staff!

Whatever person has written negative comments about the people working at this store, they are nothing but ill-intended. I was greeted at Goodman's store front on rue Saint-Hubert by a lovely and kind person (the one other reviewers refer to as the lady wearing a hijab) and again in the store by an equally lovely and kind person. Both ladies were very helpful and knowledgeable and they went out of their way to help me find the right kind of fabric. The selection at Goodmans is fantastic. Many beautiful, stylish stretch fabrics and so much more. But service is everything and it was excellent!

I had a very good experience here. The lady was exceptionally kind despite my broken French. She offered a couple of deals as I was buying a lot of yardage. The quality and selection was great as were the prices. I have a hard time finding trendy fabric in Ontario so this was a treat.

Never thought i would be writing a negative review on a store, much less after getting yelled at by a store clerk in front of other customers and employees for asking a question, but here we are.lots of beautiful fabrics and variety, but nothing is labelled and all i wanted to know was if the store was organised in a specific way so i could navigate my way through.one of the cashiers was aggressive, yelled at me in front of everyone, and then continued to harass me and be confrontational with me when i sought help from another employee
