Staff is rude and combative. They talk over you and dont listen to what you have to say. Refuse to fix or even acknowledge that they made a mistake. Had to argue with them with mutiple visits and phone calls for them to do anything at all. Horrible experience.

Peter is great for service, à GM wiper at the dealership this morning was 50$ went to see Peter, 35$ installed. The only place I trust.

Extremely, extremely pushy during the off-season, called me three times for something I already told them I didn't want done at the reception. I went here out of pure necessity twice, got charged a premium on top of a premium for NAPA parts as they were kind enough to put back my old parts (brake pads and disks) in the just installed parts boxes and it was easy to check from there. If you look hard enough you will be able to find a better place that is cheaper and have the same services in the area. An extra star because they completed the job correctly. If the response to this review is that I wasn't a customer, I will provide proof of everything.

1st experience with this garage was great recommend very highly took care of my issue that was at 2 other local garages correctly with the 1st visit. Great knowledge and expertise just by listening to these people dealing with other clients and then hearing there stories of loyalty to this garage wow.

I have been to several garages in the area. This one is by far the best with no comparison to knowledge of the owner right down to the service performed and quality of service given. That would explain why they are always full and extremely busy. My wife and whole family and now friends are coming here and not one person has a complaint. Lors d'une 1ere visite pour changement d'huile Tony me suggère: le changement 2 filtres et entretien des freins.
J'appelle avant 2e visite. J'aimerais un estimé mais juste pour l'entretien des freins. Tony me répond être surpris d'avoir oublié de me donner cet estimé. Juste pour les freins c'est 89.99$ plus taxes.
À cette 2e visite, le gérant me demande avant et arrière? Je réponds Oui, sans poser de question.
Ma facture est de 2 x 89.99$ + 12.99$ de lubrifiant à freins + taxes.

J'espère que mes freins arrières étaient dûs aussi. Dans mon esprit faire l'entretien des freins c'est avant et arrière et quand je demande le coût c'est pour le tout.

Je ne suis pas mécanicienne et il est important d'être clair au sujet des travaux à faire et des coûts.

I have been going to Peter for my car repairs for many years. He is honest and has done the necessary repairs at a reasonable cost in a timely manner. Everyone there is friendly and professional. I would recommend them 100%.

Honest, professional and friendly.
I have been taking my cars to them for about 8 yrs now, and never had any issues with them.
They take the time to explain and show the problem. Never "insist" on going the expensive route/option (unless you want to), something that unfortunately most garages, especially the dealerships do these days.

Over all, 5/5, except for a coffee mug I've seen on the counter with Dallas Cow Boys logo, yikes.but again, no one is perfect:)

When I needed to get my car repaired, they took me in next day. Service was quick and done well.

I purchased a car lightbulb at this location, which I easily installed myself after a brief discussion with the gentleman at the counter. The staff was friendly and they had the exact part I was seeking.

I had a costly repair (6 hour job) but their hourly rate is reasonable and they got it done within the day. The staff at the desk are knowledgeable and explain everything very well. Rapid and great service, I definitely recommend this garage.

Looks like a great place but I've been there 2 times and NEVER theres is someone at the desk the help you.
