I have been using them for several years now and the customer service and support is beyond any company I have ever dealt with, especially when it comes to used electronics. I will always use them first before selling anything on other used sites. They always respond to emails and questions and are the friendliest people! Love them!

Their service was quick and easy to use. I am impressed with their fairness. I was half expecting them to downgrade my offer and give some excuse for it like most resell merchants do but they didn’t. They gave the promised amount.

I highly recommend using Gorecell. The service is amazing. They are very efficient to deal with. They deliver as promised. They responded promptly to all my enquiries and I received a very fair price for my iPhone.

Slightly less than I could make selling privately but damn is it fast and easy. Handful of questions online, pre paid package in the post, dropped it at the post office, few days later I get an E transfer.

Safer than selling privately, although you get less for your phone. Still though it's better than throwing it away and if your uncomfortable selling your used phone to someone who could potentially steal your data as i was, then this is a great option.

I bought a used cellphone from GoRecell for my partner via a third party vendor and I'm very happy with what I got. The cellphone (a Motorola Edge 2022) looks fantastic with really great specs and would have cost me several hundred dollars more if I had purchased it new. I placed my order during the weekend and got the product delivered on Tuesday so the service was very fast. My partner now enjoys watching videos on a larger screen. All the previous apps and files from the old cellphone transferred over seamlessly and I found no technical issues with the new cellphone during the setup. Overall, a good buy.

Update: I recently sold my used cellphone to GoRecell and I got a good price for it. I like the fact that GoRecell took care of the shipping cost and all I had to do was drop off the package at the post office. Once the cellphone arrived at its destination, I got my payment quickly. On another note, I also bought a used TCL 20 Pro T810S (5G) from GoRecell and the specs were amazing (fast delivery as well within the time promised). I would not even have known it was used if not for the fact that it was advertised as such. GoRecell does accurately describe the condition of its resale phones (Brand New Sealed to Fair) so the buyer does know what they're getting. My partner and I think we should seriously consider the resale market for future cellphone purchases because in the past, we always got the new more popular brand cellphones. Our two purchases from GoRecell saved us several hundred dollars and we're doing something for the environment by re-using cellphones instead of purchasing new ones.

Don't do business with these people. They are fraud. I sent my phone which was in good shape with no damage and everything perfect in setting as well. Value was showing me 565 for iPhone 12 pro 128 GB. When I got offer for acceptance, they show dent on phone and camera not working and all. They replaced part and bring down phone value #350. Very bad and not recommend to do business with those people.

I sent them my iPhone XS and they gave me exactly what they quoted me. I would defiantly recommend them if you are on the fence. Super easy, package the device in the packaging they send you and forget about it. I was worried about sending it across province but had nothing to fear. An incredible experience and 110% legit.

Absolutely seamless. I needed to update/change my return after they sent the box - no problem! My phone was in slightly worse condition than I thought - they sent photo proof and only lobbed about 10% off the final payment - incredibly fair. Got the e-transfers within a few days. Awesome fast service. I sold two iPhone 13 pros to get the new iPhone 14 that just came out. I was a little worried at first about sending two like new iPhone 13 pros. These guys were quick and answered all my questions super fast. If only all Canadian companies had such great customer service as these guys have.

I highly recommend this company. Within a few hours of me getting the notification from Canada Post that they had received my phone, I received my e-transfer with the money I was quoted.

I was very satisfied with their quick service and fair price when I sold my Samsung Note phone. The only delay was the few days it took Canada Post to deliver the phone to Gorecell. The Gorecell parts of the transaction were vere very rapid. I'll definitely use them again the next time I'm selling my phone.

Do you have old cell phones just sitting around? I did and waited so long 2 of them no longer had value. I had kept every iPhone since my 3GS out of principle; there was nothing wrong with my phones, for the most part, but Apple deliberatley made them obsolete. I had recently seen Go Recell on CBC I think it was and said I should check it out. I don't know why I waited so long becuase I ended up losing $ becuase of it. I had 3 that still might have qualified for $. The process to register on the website could not be simpler. They provided the pre-paid postage and I chose to pack my own. They arrived in QC from ON quickly and were processed quickly. Even though 2 had cracked screens since the phones worked otherwise they still had value. I received my payment quickly as well. I could not be happier.

Getting money for your old device made simple, and fair prices for your old devices. Lots of companies are scamming, offering pennies for your device in excellent shape after they quote you a high price and a whole ordeal with customer service. GoReCell is NOT one of those! I received payment the same as my quote, shipping was easy with an emailed printable shipping label, and payment was issued to me very quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Gorecell for a cellphone purchase. The first phone I received was in great cosmetic shape, but somehow the microphone was defective. Stefan immediately issued a return shipping label and the replacement phone is as described and works great and a fair price as well. Our next purchase will be from Gorecell as well.

I have a habit of buying gadgets pretty regularly but dealing with trying to sell things on Kijiji is way too much of a hassle for me.

Gorecell was easy to use and the turnaround was really quick. Under 2 weeks for the whole process (from Toronto - it might take longer shipping from different locations).

The price they quoted is what I was sent through e-transfer. I might have been able to get more selling through Kijiji but that's worth the bother to me.

It is hard to sell your phone on the Internet securely and for a good price, especially during pandemic situation.
