J'ai appelé pour prendre rdv mais la personne au téléphone n'était pas gentil du tout, três agresive et pas du tout aimable.
Si ça c'est juste pour la prise de rdv, je n'imagine pas le niveau de service sur place.
Ça ne donne pas envie d'aller à cet endroit.

Run.don’t walk here- flew from Toronto to Montreal to visit this place and it didn’t disappoint. Not only is the salon stunning- the staff was so nice! Vibe was high and Joe my stylist- the best- literally amazing. Got a keratin treatment - and never felt my hair this soft, shinny and frizz free! Worth the trip

I like going to Gossimo because I mostly love colorist Laura. She is so kind and knows what you want. She analyse your hair and treats it and keeps it in good health all the time. She's very professionnal and honest in every way. I love you Laura, thanks for everything you do.

J’ai découvert la coloriste Laura il y a deux mois. Elle a fait un travail merveilleux sur mes cheveux pas mal abimés. J’ai eu exactement ce que je voulais sur mes chevreau. Je recommande fortement. Vous ne regretterez pas ;)

I LOVE everything about Gossimo. The staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and vibe great. Services are ahead of trend and professional. I saw Laura’s colour on instagram. I was sold from there. My hair was not the colour it should be and it was burned. Laura my now friend and colourist and joseph my stylist turned my hair from drab to FAB! I come to do my hair weekly and if I have time I’ll do other services.

Laura, a sauvée mes cheveux d'un désastre, elle a fait un superbe travail, et Joseph qui m'a fait une coupe superbe et tellement pratique, je n'ai eu que des compliments de la part de tout mon entourage! Je les recommandes absolument 5 étoiles!

Finally able to travel again, I booked a 'spa day' in the salon prior to my trip. They made it very easy to coordinate services and everything was done in a relaxed but efficient manner. I am very happy with my hair cut, eyebrows (henna and shaping), and lash extensions. It sound like a lot but they managed to make everything look pretty natural which I wanted since it was my first time getting those extras. I love my polish as well. Will definitely be back when I have another excuse.
