The service I received was amazing. I got my blaklader pants very quickly. I highly recommend!

It said on the website that online order would be processed during the holidays. I made a $350 order on Dec 25th.it is Jan 12th and all they have done is created a tracking number. The shipper is yet to recieve the parcel. This is after I left phone messages that were never returned, 4 email, a a couple of Facebook messages. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority.let's hope I find out about the quality of the merchandise eventually

I was a little worried that my order was still pending a few days after I made it, however they did respond to emails and although shipping was a little slow, my order arrived in good shape and exactly as expected. Good quality products.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! Terrible company, as you can see from the other complaints in the reviews, these guys will take your money and run. No product, no refund, no answering calls. They will just ghost you. Reported to the BBB. I suspect most, if not all of the positive reviews are fake.

Ordered on August 24 and still no estimate on when my order will be delivered or a way to contact the company (tried calling and sending emails).

It’s been months since anyone from this company has returned an email to me about a pair of pants I’ve be been waiting for. I’ve tried various email addresses with no luck. Currently out nearly $200. Rob or anyone else at Gostwear - please refund me!

Ordered jeans from them after paying tired to call no one will answer or return a phone call finally got my 2 pairs of jeans they don’t fit right but I already have the same pair/size and they fit fine but ya trying to get ahold of them to return can’t get a email back or a phone call. Worst customer service I have ever dealt will I don’t recommend buying from them

Great quality and price. We boughy coveralls for my son from this company and they are such good quality and fit perfectly. We bought them for a halloween costume, but we were so impressed with them, especially for the low price! Fast delivery too.

I tried my luck online finding a company in Canada who made tiny coveralls with the reflective X on the back for my nephew who loves helping my dad in the garage. I struck gold when I found this company. They had exactly what I wanted in the size that I needed. I ordered a bit bigger, like they suggest, since the product goes over clothes, and I wanted my nephew to be able to wear it a bit longer before growing out of it completely. He's 5, so I think he'll make good use of it for at least 2 years. The quality is also outstanding- feels really durable. The item shipped really fast to boot!

Top quality fabric and construction! Very comfortable and warm. If you're dressing in layers you should get one size larger.

Ordered end of November, for an xmas gift for my husband. I ordered the, Tough guy pile lined work jacket.xl in black. Received within 10 days. My husband for the most part works outdoors in the cold. Even when it was -20 below Fahrenheit he did not get cold. He also cannot have a hoody attached to jacket so this was perfect.and water and wind proof. He is so very happy with his jacket. Thanks

I was looking for a fairly priced winter coat that was well made and very warm and I found Gostwear. Their winter coat is very warm, very well made and most importantly very fairly priced. The winter coat has adjustable wrist cuffs, a warm hood and a plethora of well made and secure pockets, both inside and outside. This winter coat from Gostwear is excellent, it was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommended this winter coat and I will definitely order again whenever needed. I have already shared my experience with several friends and family members so

Nous avons reçu aucun courriel, au une date de livraison. La transaction est apparu sur mon compte de carte de crédit (en attente) dès le 30 septembre.
Le 7 octobre la transaction n'apparaît plus sur le compte. Nous avons aucun moyen d'avoir un suivi sur cette commande.
Nous avons décidé d'annuler la commande en espérant que le paiement ne se fera pas quand même.
Très mauvaise expérience

The coveralls were undersized and material thin. I contacted the company to arrange a return and got a live person and return information. Returned the product at my expense and they USPS confirms they received the return on July 18th. It is now August 10th and still no refund. I have tried calling multiple times over the past few weeks but received no return call. Am filing a complaint against the company with my credit card now to try to get my refund. This company should really step up their game.

This past winter, I needed a pair of lined overalls to do some farm work. I chose Gostwear which seemed like a good idea, and I'm glad that I did. Not only was I warm while I worked out in the harsh winter, I had plenty of pockets in this durable clothing.
I'd highly recommend Gostwear work clothes for great satisfaction at a reasonable price.

Quality of the winter parka was 5star. Have worn it many times and have had no issues with it. It was exactly as presented. Ordering and delivery of the coat was quick.

I was alerted to Gostwear via a You Tube Channel regarding wool outerwear. I have purchased several Big Bill brand items over two orders. I'm in the UK so the items needed shipping which was all taken care of by Rob Stein at Gostwear who has provided excellent customer service throughout in terms of info and updates. Very reasonably priced too - the Big Bill items are maybe 30% of the cost of Filson and very nearly as good warmth-wise although more practical and less stylish. Even with shipping, good value to UK buyers.

The item (green wool pants) appears to be very high quality, worth every penny. Only time will tell, but initial impressions are excellent. Will consider this source for future purchases.

Bought a pair wool cargo pants in January 2022! I wore them several days per week while snowshoeing through bush for my job! 100% happy with these pants! Love them! Warm, tough and practical! All boxes checked off!

I ordered 1 pair of nice thick merino wool pants. The product description said they shrink so I ordered a size or two larger. Turns out they were way too big for me. I asked for a return and Goshwear gladly accepted. Return order was processed in a couple days and new (smaller) pants arrived 5 days later. I appreciate the easy return. BTW, I washed the pants in cold water they only shrunk a little bit. I appreciate that I could find unique pants at an online store like this.

Great products, well-sized plus fast shipping what else could one ask?

I found these garments accidentally while searching for wool vests and jackets to stave off Vancouver Island dampness. I have tons of goretex technical jackets that I was layering but somehow they don’t cut the damp chill here.

The difference in warmth is exactly what I was searching for.

I’m usually between sizes but my selections were perfect for me and I’ve worn them all through the pacific coast winter.

I have no hesitation in recommending Gostwear, their service and their products.

Ordered a jacket on May 19. They haven’t even charged my card yet and no contact from the seller. Currently trying to cancel the order. Don’t waste your time with Gostwear if you need something sooner than later.

As an old man who has worked hard at trapping and in the forest all my life, I am very hard on clothes.
The big "C" brand has become more and more expensive, and the quality just isn't there anymore.
I took a chance and bought one pair of Big Bill Logger pants.
I was absolutely overwhelmed by the quality of the workmanship, and the durability.
So much so, that I ordered two more pairs.
And then two more pairs.
I will order two or maybe even four more pairs.
What surprises me the most is that they take a beating from me in the forest, working in my Jeeps, and even in the oil field!

I am so impressed with the coveralls I bought for all my grandkids. The quality is great and it’s wonderful to support a Canadian Company.

Have been ordering workwear and boots here for several years! Always had good success as I’m a large man and have difficulty finding sizes in traditional retail stores.

Very poor service, these guys don’t care about your phone calls and emails. Either if u want refund these guys not refund u, so be careful everyone, not happy

Totally loved the merino wool hunting pants I purchased. I have had them for 2 years now. They are totally as promised, warm, comfortable and not bulky. My best purchase.

I love Gostwear. They carry a good variety of quality workwear, with a significant proportion made in Canada. Prices are lower than most other places, and the service is alright. I bought, among other things, a pair of Big Bill work pants last year that are outperforming (longer lasting and more comfortable) any of my US-made Carhartt pants.

I just found out not all plaid shirts are equal. The weight and warmth of the Big Bill 9 Oz. Brawny Flannel Heavy Weight Shirt shirt is perfect for the cold. My husband would wear it everyday, if I let him. I've never seen him so attached to a shirt, so I ordered 2 more.
Update.this is the 2nd winter with 3 of the shirts and he loves them. His job takes him outside at times or into a cold plant, so he wears one of these shirts everyday. A couple of his colleagues asked for the site name and have also ordered shirts. I wanted to get another one this year but all but the red plaid are sold out. I'll order earlier next year.

Last year I ordered the Big Bill Merino Archery Jacket & 18oz Cargo pants online, for hunting in the Alberta Rockies. Through the online chat, Gostwear was very helpful in getting me the right fit the first time. Shipping was quick.even during the pandemic.

This isnt a company, they should be investigated and shut down immediately. Unprofessionalism at it's finest.

I ordered something from them, received no notice of confirmation of order, no notice of delay in shipping, no notice of order status.

I heard nothing from them for over a month, then they decided to sweep it under the carpet and charge my card without me knowing.

When I emailed them last week to clarify the situation, they just never responded.

Gostwear is a joke stay far away.

I ordered a wool vest as a Christmas gift. I am still waiting on that and I have not heard anything from them and I have sent 4 emails. They charged my credit card.

Update: They still have not sent me my purchase for $100 and their customer service is awful. It has been 3 months since I have ordered my item.

Gostwear Ghosted me. Called in 3 times, no answer. Left an email to follow up on order never received one back.

Ordered a couple of youth coveralls and some socks on Dec. 5 and paid extra for expedited shipping so I could have them on the 13th of December. I emailed on the 16th and inquired as to where my order was.crickets. I contacted my credit card company today to dispute the charges. Aaaaaaand lo and behold - I got an email this afternoon saying my order has shipped. Too late to be Christmas gifts. I left a voicemail on the 800 number saying I am disputing the charges. At this point, I would take the order, and pay for it.but I want my money back for the expedited shipping. And after reading some of these other reviews, I just want to wash my hands of the whole company.

It’s been 3 months and my items still haven’t shipped. My emails aren’t being responded to anymore. I’ve reversed the charges on VISA and sent all the communication to their head office and twitter. I’d give them zero stars if I could. A shame, because I love the Dickies work clothes.

Fit was right on. Arrived in a timely fashion and matched exactly as described. Made in Canada yeah! I think the zipper could a tad longer.

I was going to hold off on my review until this matter was settled, but I received an email asking for a review today so I will give it now. The pants, though well made, were far too big for my husband so I sent an email asking for instructions to return them. Gostwear responded to that email and I returned the pants via Canada Post (additional cost: $20.) My Canada Post tracking number indicates Gostwear received the pants a week later. Now, more than 2 weeks after they received the returned item, I have yet to receive a refund on my credit card. My subsequent email & phone message regarding the refund have gone unanswered. I even tried calling again with the idea of waiting for an agent to be free to talk to me but it seems that's not an option.straight to voice mail. Seriously folks, not sure what's going on here but as I said, think long and hard before ordering from business.

Mais lorsque que vous réussissez a avoir une réponse par e-mail. Pratiquement 1 semaine pour avoir une réponse Il on la date ou le produit vas arriver mais apparemment trop dure de donner l’information. Quand sa fait pratiquement 1 mois que la commande est passé et qu’elle n’est pas encore envoyé c’est ordinaire clairement je vais me trouver un fournisseur plus fiable et qui a un meilleur service a la clientèle

Commande annulée j’ai eu aucune réponse depuis 15 jours il ont envoyé la commande annuler meme si j’avais mentionné que je ne pouvais la recevoir En plus il ont chargé ma carte de crédit pour une commande annulée 15 jours plutôt même si il avait été avisé de je pas le faire j’ai dû ouvrir un dossier avec visa pour être remboursé je dois maintenant attendre 15 jours.mes 2 dernière commande avec eux on été problématique la dernière est la pire de tout c’est a se demander si il y a quelqu’un qui travaille au service a la clientèle a cette endroits aucune communication. Ordered a pair of promotion coveralls. They are see through and don’t help to protect clothing worn underneath. The customer service is awful, not knowledgeable and slow to respond every time I tried to email them. They actually stopped responding once I told them I wanted to return the coveralls. Shipping and return shipping adds up to the cost of the actual item so I guess why bother sending them back! I will never purchase from here again nor do I recommend them.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Ordered 2 shirts in early June for a gift. They charged my card, then said the shirt colour I requested was not available (after a month of asking what the status of my order was). Still waiting, 2 months later. They do not answer the phone, and don’t follow up on emails when requested follow up. Asked for a refund and they have ignored me since then. Do not recommend this place, very poor communication and customer service. NOT HAPPY.

Excellent quality clothing for work and outdoors. Customer service is excellent. Arrived on time and best of all, they are Canadian.

I puchased pants as a gift. Very easy to order what you want. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size. I returned and reordered the pants I needed with no hastles at all. Both pair of pants were top quality. Well made and look fantastic. I would order from Gostwear again!

I bought two pairs of overalls one for me and one from my husband. I received a note from Gostwear customer service that one of the items was out of stock. I called customer service and they offered me a substitute product for the same price as the one I originally ordered. We received our order very quickly, nicely packaged and we are very happy with the quality of the products and the super customer service. We are expecting to buy more items from them in the near future!

Dickies overalls that I purchased were improved no elastic in the shoulder straps so no unnecessary stretch, pockets are deeper to hold my phone etc and the button and hook strap attachments are the best because they stay attached when I am working. Also, the overalls are a perfect fit true to size.

So impressed with the quality and workmanship. As well the price definitely very competitive. Keep up the good work. I own a business and I have been showing my clients because I am so impressed! I ordered two pairs of pants, same size, same model and there was an inch and 1/2 difference in the waist size. One size fit, the other didn't. I have tried to contact the company via e-mail and phone messages and have yet to receive a response. I am returning the pants and hope that I do not get the hassle that I hear other people have had. I will change this review if I get a good response.

I’ve shopped at gostwear once, and had to return due to sizing (I ordered too large). The customer service was prompt to return emails and returned my purchases without hesitation. The item I bought (Big Al overalls) for great! They’re light weight material which is perfect for the activities I purchased them for.

I am a very tall guy and have a lot of problems finding pants long enough for me, I fold exactly what I was looking for and at a very reasonable price, I will order from these guys again.

Gostwear has a great selection of high quality Canadian made workwear at highly competitive prices. When it seems like less and less is being manufactured in our country it’s important to support fellow Canadian workers and industries where we can. They have good costumer service too!

I bought a pair of pants and a shop coat, Love the coat and the pants are great, fit was nice, my wife likes them. I will consider replacing my jeans with the pants in the future.

These pants are great. I’m 6’4’’, 180 and the 32 waist 33 inseam fits great, because they run just a bit big. I washed on cold once and didn’t shrink much at all, which is good. I highly recommend anyone looking for some wool pants to try these out.
