Years ago, I had them do some work. I was very happy. Lately, I've been trying to have them do more work but, like most contractors, you can get them to return your phone calls, you have to chase them, almost beg them to respond/work. It is very frustrating but it seems to be typical for the construction industry. They're all clowns but they get insulted if you say it. Good luck doing business with them. Rated at 1 star.

L’installation originale des gouttières a eu lieu en juin 2021. Le problème est que nous avons des chutes de neige et que l’installation aurait dû être plus solide. Les endroits que les vis ont été appliquées (6 vis par grillage alurex) ont bien tenu mais par contre 2 grillages alurex M5200 avaient seulement 2 vis, donc fragilisés et n’ont pas tenu. La compagnie refuse de reconnaître que la pose initiale est la source des problèmes survenus en 2023 et refuse toute responsabilité professionnelle.

This company was contacted to perform an eavestrough installation for all interested home owners in my private. I ended up paying with cash (full price), didn't get a receipt, and now have a leak. I've been attempting to contact them about this issue for over 2 months and they haven't responded. I think they're attempting to dishonour the warranty. Shop elsewhere if you're looking for a company who takes pride in their work

Update 1: The owner called me to threaten me to take this review down and that it wasn't his company (somehow he had my number and know who I paid). He claimed the man that did the installation doesn't work for them any longer and was caught stealing jobs. Regardless of if the man is still employed or not its the companies responsibility to fulfill warranty. As for the owner calling to threaten me, thats just pathetic.lowering my rating to 1/5

Update 2: Exposing personal information to the public, very nice work! Ok, I'll be sure to let the other houses in my private (50+ homes) know if they paid cash their warranty is gone:)
