Vraiment décevant, ça a couté le double du prix estimé et ça a pris le double du temps qu'ils nous avaient dit. Ils ne nous ont même pas appelé pour nous dire que ça couterait plus cher que prévu. Nous ne retournerons plus.

Our third time in here in the last 24 hours because of 3 separate bikes and 3 separate bike issues. Each time the staff have been incredibly helpful and accommodating.
In addition to expert bike service they’ve also gone above and beyond to help with local suggestions and directions.

3 great experiences with this place despite 3 frustrating issues with our bikes. They fixed all 3 without issue.

Very grateful and appreciative that our cycling vacation was saved because of Greg Christies staff.

I went there after busting a rim at Camp Fortune and the people there were really helpful. What makes this a two star is that when I chose to get a new rim, cushcore and tire with them (tuesday), they told me it would be ready by friday. Awesome! I came back friday, wasn’t ready, came back wednesday of the next week, wasn’t ready, told me it’ll be ready friday, came back friday, wasn’t ready. Came back tuesday two weeks after leaving my rear tire with them and it was done. Complete waste of time when they could’ve just told me it’ll be ready in two weeks instead of giving me false hope.

I have shopped at this store for 20+ years. I have always valued their advice & expertise. They have a good selection of products from entry level to expert. They will work hard to find the right product for you. Recently bought new skis, boots & poles. Excellent service from Maxime.

Third "X", used to be great service. Now they only tend to main streamers and not the hardcore groups. Sad. Won't be going back there again.

Great local store. The technical guy is effective and charming. He knows his stuff. Very professional.

They had a sale on and I came in with two 20inch wheels that needed to be trued. The guy in the back said they couldn’t help because they didn’t have the spokes for a 20 inch wheel and sent me on my way. If you go here with a road bike or a mountain bike you probably won’t have an issue but if you have a cargo bike or a bmx i would stay away.it was a wasted trip for me.
