J'ai reçu un bon service lors de l'achat de ma monture avec verres mais j'appelle et demande une explication de mes verre côté droit et gauche, elle à refuser de me donner une explication même de me prêter un autre employer qui aurait peut-être plus de connaissance à ce sujet. Vraiment déçu au prix que jai payé ke mattend a un bon service un minimum de leurs part.

The customer service here was terrible. The staff only focuses on getting commission. When we came to pick up glasses we already purchased, the optician named Jean Baptiste refused to take a few minutes to give us our glasses, and rather made us wait ONE HOUR so he could get his commission from another costumer's transaction. Unprofessional and we will never be coming back again.

HORRIBLE comme service, la fille au cheveux rouges n'est aucunement professionnelle dans sa façon d'être ni sa façon de parler, très bête en attitude et ne s'intéresse qu'au prix et aux paiment, elle ne connaît rien de rien au domaine c'est clair car elle n'arrête pas de demander des questions aux collègues et elle narrivait meme pas lire la prescription, je comprends qu'on manque de personnel un peu partout mais le minimum ça serait de ramener des gens qui parlent correctement à vos clients, j'ai fini par faire mes lunettes chez (Zyeu) et je suis très content du service que j'ai eu et même les tarifs d'ailleurs.

Got greeted amazingly by kai when i first walked in! Great selection of frames wasnt able to pick but thanks to kai they were able to help me with an amazing service and great knowledge! They know their stuff, also not too pricy would definitely recommend!

The service is great. I went in with a small problem and they fixed it quickly with a smile and no charge. I will go back and give all my business.
It's good to know that there are still friendly stores here in the downtown core.

We had very bad experience, and here is my story.
My son had an appointment at 18: 00, We were late like 10 minutes so we called them and informed, anyway we reached at 18: 08.
And then a lady asked us to sit down at one counter and wait.
After 20 minutes of wait an Arabic lady came and said you cannot see the doctor because you are 26 minutes late, We told her we were here at 18: 08 and the other lady asked us to wait but she was not ready to let us meet the doctor, not only this, she was very rude and her behavior was like a doctor. She was answering on the behalf of doctor like doctor dont want to meet you, She didn't even bother to ask her whether she wants to meet or no. When we insist she started behaving rude, arrogant and ignoring us, She took it personally and called the security. She was continuously chewing chewing gum and insulting the customers

Dr was friendly but counter service was garbage. An Arabic lady destroying their customers. They must need a good, friendly and well mannered with smiling faced receptionist.

Not sure how this place is still in business? All the frames are locked so you can’t try them on without asking an employee first. Something that no other store does. Customer service is almost non-existant the woman who served me seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered to do her job and had a bit of an attitude when I asked her to clarify things. I’m not entirely sure that she was a licensed optician as she made lens recommendations that didn’t quite make sense which I’m pretty sure is illegal in QC. All of this and prices are unreasonable I.e, almost $800 for a single pair of glasses with single vision transitions lenses! Prices were significantly less at other major retailers. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere

I went for an exam and to shop for frames. The two employees and the doctor I had to interact with were all very helpful and incredibly nice!

Je suis passé ce midi afin de faire ajuster les branches de mes lunettes.

Leur réponse? Ne pas vouloir m'aider car mes lunettes n'ont pas été achetées sur place.

Décevant et encore plus quand on prends quelques minutes et qu'on voit des commentaires datant d'il y a un an qui ont eu de l'aide pour ceci.

J'ai été chez New Look pas loin et ils m'ont aidés en m'expliquant que je doit payer un montant pour l'intervention. Pas de problème! Je veux des lunettes fonctionnelles dans le visage ce que Greiche & Scaff a pas été capable de me fournir.

Wow, you get amazing service here! They adjusted my glasses when a kid pulled them off my face (making them wonky) and did a really good job fixing it

Awful service, wrong lenses, no response! I took two pairs of glasses; I had nausea and headache because of the wrong lenses. So, I took it back to the store; I was told the lenses were fixed. But untrue. I still had headache. I took it to another optometrist and was told that the lenses were totally off. Still, no one responds!

Je ne laisse jamais de reviews habituellement mais si ça peut aider quelqu’un: ne commandez pas vos verres de contact avec eux. Horrible service a la clientèle, ça fait plus de 3 semaines qu’on me dit que ma commande est en traitement et qu’on va me rappeler pour me donner un update. J’ai dû téléphoner plus de 10 fois, pour finalement me faire dire que la commande n’a jamais été placée. Bref, plus jamais pour moi!

I had a very bad experience with the shop! And here is my story.
I did my eye exam on the 09-29-2022 last September. And the doctor mentioned that i cant keep using my current glasses because my eyes degrees has increased and he advised me even to have a sunglasses eyes to protect my sensitive eyes, so i decided to have 2 frames one for the morning and driving during the day and one for the night to protect and follow the doctor instruction. They called me to come and receive my frames but unfortunately i got only one and they said that the staff resigned all together as a reason and they will call the lab to check my order which they do not know where is it till now!
Today 10-22-2022 i called the shop and the receptionist has no idea where is my second frame and she told me that she will not bother the big boss and she will leave a message only to handle the issue.it is been too long to solve my problem and this is the last time i will deal with the shop.

Je suis passé samedi 20 août 2022 pour prendre rendez vous avec Dr. Jitesh Chauhan, que je vois depuis plus de 5 ans. La madame m’a dit que je n’avais aucun dossier au magasin. Que mon dossier avait été effacé Par ce que cela faisait longtemps, hors la dernière consultation date de moins de deux ans. Je demande des explications et la madame deviens agressive et arrogante comme si le fait de demander des explications la dérange. De l’arrogance et de l’agressivité gratuite et insensée de la part de la madame. Mon dossier que n’existe plus. Une attitude que me donne envie de vomir du service que j’ai reçu à ce magasin. Je n’ai plus l’intention de retourner à ce magasin et c’est de valeur parce que je dois perdre Dr. Jitesh Chauhane, un excellent docteur. Le service client de ce magasin est à vomir, garde à vous.

Great team and great service overall. I went to the store last month and Naziha the representative was helping me to try on frames. I did not buy any glasses that day. I went back yesterday to try on again the frames to buy it this time. Naziha was there and she remembered the exact frames I tried last month. That was pretty cool. I got my eye exam for my glasses and contact lenses from here 2 years ago. The experience in store was great. However I've since moved away and have been trying to get a copy of my prescription for me to order more contact lenses and have been given the run around for months. I was never given a copy of my prescription and I'm extremely annoyed that I have to go through this to get something that's my right to have access to. This is ridiculous.

Good selection of eyewear and reasonable prices. I came 4 days ago to purchase contact lenses. The staff that answered me seemed untrained and was unsure about everything. I went again today, and while browsing, I saw some optician talking in an unprofessional way to an employee. Ended up buying from elsewhere.

I paid for an anti fatigue pair of glasses at this place. For a year or so I was feeling too much strain on my eyes when trying to read or work on my computer. I finally decided to see an other doctor, when I took my glasses to the new clinic, to my surprise, I was told that what these people had given me was only a single vision pair of glasses for distance and NOT Anti Fatigue lense for which I had paid.

In reply to your reply: I was told that it takes a long time for some people to get used to anti fatigues lenses.because of that and due to my extremely bust schedule did not come in.you may want to check with client number 88612 to find my records.

The staff at this location is extremely friendly. Highly recommended they have a great selection of glasses. The aftercare is amazing.

J’ai visité ce magasin car je regarde un peu partout pour des lunettes solaires… je peux vous dire que j’ai eu l’un des meilleurs services client à date par May, elle a été d’une très grande aide pour moi, elle est très patiente et prend le temps de bien expliquer tout au client… malgré que je n’ai pas encore acheter mais je retournerais sûrement dans les prochaines semaines… Merci bcp May.

Excellent service! I was assisted by May, and she was very patient and nice! She also has great taste for the frames. The optometrist was also very nice!

I was here for eye exam and contact lenses trial. I had a really bad experience with this place for the following reasons:
1) I chose an appointment with a professional on Saturday for my contact lenses trial. Only after that appointment, I was told that this optometrist only works once every week and she will be having a vacation for two weeks, meaning she will be absent for my follow-ups. I asked if someone else can take care of me, but they said I need to pay a 30$ extra. This is not the case with any other glasses store I have been.
2) They only let me try two pairs of contact lenses and pushed me to purchase. At first, my main concern was the budget and the comfort. I told the optometrist that I would not prefer a pair of lenses with large diameter because it’s uncomfortable and looks bad. Then she gave me a second pair with even larger diameter. I mean, can’t you listen to what I need?
3) Usually in other store, someone would guide me putting the lenses on and tell me what to take care of, but not at this place.
4) It takes them longer (at least ten days) to order and get the trial lenses than other glasses store such as New Look or Costco that I have been.
5) The eye exam was a little bit more pricey than other place, but the service was not better. The waiting area was very small and discomfort.
6) I called once to discuss the possibility of reschedule an appointment, but the receptionist hung up and told me she was busy at the moment. She said she would call back but I never got the call.
7) I had a file before when I was purchasing a pair of glasses, but they did not register it to their computer system. And asked me again about all my personal info when I revisit for eye exam.
So basically what I want to say is: Please choose somewhere else nearby such as Newlook, they have good customer service, they are in downtown, and is less pricey. I only chose This Greiche & Scaff because it’s closer to my home, but I totally regretted.

Seul opticien du centre Eaton a bien vouloir voulu changer mes plaquettes et resserrer les branches bien que je n'ai pas fait mes lunettes chez eux, je ferai faire mes prochaines lunettes chez eux!

Would not recommend for eye exam, but they have good deals on lenses and frames. The eye exam, was almost fully automated and conducted by an employee, you get very little time with the actual ophthalmologist.

At other businesses, the eye exam is done by the doctor and they take their time and make sure the exam results are correct.

The customer service (her name was May) was so nice, polite and helpfull. Also the Dr. Jitesh was very good and knowledgeable. I totaly recommend this center.

Bought my kid to do a follow up examination. While we must be in 30mins waiting requirement from the doctor, we sit on two chairs while waiting, the guy receptionist came and asked to take out 1 chair from us with no words, then left the chair alone. He acted seems not happy, low level of respect us, for no reason? !? My kid had to sit on the floor during 20minutes after that. It made me feel like we were here bothering them too much.

Also, if you ask to see the glasses and eventually not buy them, this guy will show immediately that he is not happy.

The doctor was nice but I do not recommend this place because of terrible customer service.

My mom and I had a very pleasant experience earlier this month from a professional optician, a lovely young lady. Courteous and friendly.

Mes lunettes était brisé et cet endroit m'a proposé de faire mes nouvelles lunettes le soir même comme il avait tout le matériel pour les faire. Sans lunettes je suis pratiquement aveugle alors je suis vraiment reconnaissante du service qu'on m'a offert. Le 1h de route en valait la peine
