Should be 0 stars - will never go here again! My husband Manuel De Sousa; bought glasses here few months ago spent over $1000.00, been back several times, too strong they are no good and my husband blames me; cause I said to go there; as before they had a good doctor. Same doctor but his glasses are no good. He is very angry about wasting one thousand dollars! He should of went some where else; like he wanted to, now I will never hear the end of it. A BIG WASTE OF MONEY! Do no buy eyeglasses here ever, I will not be back ever!

I was served by Rodica and Najad they went above and beyond to help me feel safe and secure in my new glasses. Super patient, and made changes that I requested. Very good service. Very caring, and efficient Thank you!

Worst place to go if you value your time. Do NOT pay in advance. They will not call you when it’s ready. We had waited for two weeks without news and when we decided to call, they told us it’s ready.
It took us AN HOUR to recieve the glasses. Litterally just take our glasses and leave. And the staff was really rude and with an attitude.

Customer service at its worst. It feels like they are doing you a huuuge favor talking to you. Lol.

I see a lot of negative reviews here, but my experience was very good, I would definitely recommend this optometrist. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Ata is a very nice person and very dedicated to the wellbeing of his patients. A big thumbs up from me!

What a horrible place! I booked an eye appointment came back a week later for a 7 p.m. And they got there heads so far up their backside they don't even acknowledge me that i'm there. I'm waiting silently and politely thinking that after 15 minutes, someone would say. Can I help you? But even after 30 minutes they don't acknowledge me. I simply went up to the tall skinny lady and asked her what's the date today and the time and gave her my appointment card. She looked at me baffled and threw away the appointment card. What a trash place! I wasted 2 hours of my life for these fools because they were to busy trying to up-sell clients who aren't even buying anything.what a joke! It was my first appointment with them. Never again. Go to COSTCO.go to Lens Crafters in Downtown for your eye-test. Buy your glasses on clearly contacts.just search the web. "buy your glasses online" most place let you return them if you don't like them and get your money back.
All the people waiting to see the optometrist are just waiting their like cattle in the FARM.while their trying to sell sell sell! I spent 2 hours planning and getting there. Inconsiderate staff, all 3 of them that were there.

Bunch of bullies! Utterly disrespectful and arrogant! Once you step a foot inside they check you out and treat you according to their “standerds”, an Indian family entered the store and once the manager saw them he said to one of his employees in Arabic “look at those, they can’t pay”. Last week I was with my 2 years old daughter, she was a bit fussy, once they saw us coming the manager gave me the “get out of here” look, was very impatient, and hardly answered any of my questions.
We were kinda kicked out as well.
DO NOT GO THERE.
