Sales staff all have two mouths and one ear each. Very pushy and aggressive. Too bad because I was very well served by other people 18 months ago.for now it's goodbye

Très mauvaise expérience. Personnel en magasin impatient, insistant et irrespectueux. Difficulté à obtenir la prescription: refus de la donner en boutique à la patiente de 16 ans sous prétexte que le Dr n'avait pas terminé ses rendez-vous. Deux appels nécessaires pour finalement la recevoir par courriel. Première et dernière visite à cette succursale et probablement à cette bannière.

Mauvaise service, très pauvre qualité, pas de patience. Ne soit pas surpris qu’on te donnera l’attitude.

J’ai bien apprécié mon expérience. Les dames à l’accueil sont super amical et j’ai reçu de bon conseils de leur part. L’opticien a vraiment été génial avec moi, j’ai eu un examen complet et des explications bien détaillées sur la santé de mes yeux. Les prix sont comme partout ailleurs et j’ai reçu mes lunettes en 14 jours. Merci à l’équipe DDO!

One star because I couldn't give less, the optometrist gave a good service, but one rude lady I think Addad was her name, the other young opticians were very polite she seemed to be the bully, she shouldn't be working in sales but maybe the company schools them that trying everything for a sale is important. Avoid buying glasses there progressive start at 475$, unless you hate money and like to throw it around. The goverment should look into limiting that market, it's simply overpriced I ended up buying at costco, the opticians there are very helpfull and don't make you feel that spending 475$ to 1000$ is a normality, Costco progressive start at around 300. If you have a description of the Pupilar distance you could shop online, they make it a pleasure to not give it if you're not buying there another scam to try taking your money. I'm just thinking of the parents that can't afford glasses for their kids, These money lerking stores should be banned. Last time I go in one of greisce scaff stores. I asked for a copy of the whole prescription, one lady said it would cost between 20-30$, well then I asked for a detailed prescription if I was to buy somewhere else, they ended up telling me no I couldn't have a copy for 20-30$ which they first asked. I've read the reviews and it reflects what I've seen.

Plus jamais j'irai dans un de leurs magasins, l'optometriste était très gentille et professionnelle, on peu pas dire la même chose pour une des vendeuse Addad je crois, elle semble chercher la vente à tout prix, de plus elle est désobligeante.

Service is super slow. For a small pin replacement u need to wait so much to get service. Not coming again.

I called this establishment a few weeks ago to obtain a copy of my sons prescription. The person I spoke with refused to speak English and stated she would send the prescription by email which she never did. I went into the store to obtain said prescription and representative was very rude and unprofessional. First and last mistake ever giving business to this establishment. I will go where my business is valued and my needs respected. Sadly this isn’t the place.

La pire place pour faire l'rxamin de vue. Personnes incompétentes, protocole sanitaire dicutable.

Despicable customer service. I do not recommend the D. D. O.store. They will tell you anything to make a sell they and if ever you have a problem play dumb.

Very helpful in choosing my glasses, and the eye doctor is very kind and thorough. Also paid less for 2 pairs than I usually pay elsewhere for one. Great selection and promotions.

New management makes such a difference, years ago the service was lackluster at best. The new team is great and was of great help to my family and I. Great service deserves recognition, and they earned it!

Je viens tout juste d aller chercher mes nouvelles lunettes et elle sont parfaites! Tout le personnel a changé dernièrement et j ai eu un excellent service de la part de Léa. J ai eu mes lunettes en moins d une semaine et je suis très satisfaite! Merci beaucoup!

Wouldn’t give me my prescriptions so i can buy my own pair of contacts elsewhere for cheaper. These people just wanna make money.

The new optometrist Dr Hong is great very thorough takes the time to explain everything and the staff is very helpful and patient as well.
