Took my dog Cooper for the first time and will definitely return. My dog gets very nervous but Karen and Tracy were amazing with him. Definitely recommend!

Always been the best place to get the pups groomed and taken care of. The staff are like family and they love pups you can tell they love what they do. Very patient, kind and loving towards all dogs.

Shockingly bad service. My partner's cat went in for a shave and came back with a nipple cut so badly it severed entirely. The staff on the phone is also rude and snappy, it is a struggle to get an appointment. Needless to say we will not be going back to have our cat mutilated again. 100% not recommended.

I have had extremely unprofessional and bad experiences with Groomies Beaconsfield. My puppy gets very jittery, scared and agitated every time we get there, and I am met with extremely judgemental and unprofessional comments from the staff that makes me feel like a horrible pet owner. Also, my pup got refused a groom because of her behavior after we already got there, and in no way did I feel the staff tried to do anything to appease or help my dog, they just told us we needed to give our dog sedatives to groom her and asked us to leave right away. Very disappointed with the attitude and services and will not be coming back.

This is the best spot, we brought my families dogs here for years! Today I brought my new dog for the first time, we had a bad experience prior at another groomers, my dog was so nervous at the other place, so I decide to book and appointment with Donna as I knew she would be in good hands. Well.today could have not gone any better! My dog came out to me for the first time she was not nervous and shaky, she actually looked like she was at home! I found out she got some cheese, they spoiled her! They took their time with my anxious dog and gave breaks and did such a lovely job. Normally when I have gotten home after other groomers my dog would take a week to get back to normal and shake the stress. Groomies did such a great job, she's at home playing and running around. I appreciate the care and love that was shown to my dog. I express this review in so much detail because I know how important choosing a groomer is and how I rely on reviews from the community to see where and who I can leave and trust my dog with.

I have been taking our dogs to Groomies for many years. The staff have always been wonderfully friendly, courteous and professional. During the pandemic they had to respect the government regulationsand try to meet the needs of their clientele. Now, the owner is dealing with a family issue and the staff are trying to make some modifications to the schedule. I respect that noone is perfect but thank Donna and the team for the great job they all do. THANKYou!

Exactly same review as the one below me so here is a copy and paste. They cancelled the appointment and was extremely rude. The caller said they are taking appointments for smaller dogs who are regular and not bigger dogs. My dog has only been to them and no one else and still they cancelled.
Another thing k want to highlight is that when they groomed my dog last time, he had bruises. I know he had a lot of hair as we did not go for grooming due to COViD but that doesn’t mean they give him bruises while cutting. I wanted to tell them this today but they cancelled the appointment.

Was called today letting me know that my dogs apt.had to be moved due to being short a groomer. When i questioned why i was being pushed a week out and not 1 day as all clients should be, i was snapped at by the receptionist. Letting me know she wouldnt call every person and that i dont come in often like her clients that come once a month. Told me i would be better off going somewhere else. Extremely poor customer service.

A friendly team, but they don't communicate well. So make sure to ask your questions, and explain what you want very clearly.
I brought my 5-month-old puppy for a complete hair cut. I even showed a picture of what I want. When I went to pick her up, I was told that she was nervous but she was a very good girl. When I came home and took her out of her bag, I saw her hair is still very long. It looked like she only got trimmed on her face and her legs. Don't get me wrong! She has a very beautiful and nice haircut and she looked super cute with her pink scarf and little hair pin, but her hair is still long. When I called back, I was told that she was biting them and that's all the staff could do. I understand the situation, but I think they should have called me, inform me about the situation, and ask if I'm OK with their decision or I want to bring her back another time, instead of doing what they can and charge me for something I didn’t want.

Called to get some information about the industry, as they are one of the better known places in town. The Woman who answered rudely cut me off to tell me “before you continue your story” we don’t offer any kind of training and I have no info on this, thanks for calling. Then she hung up on me.

For someone in the industry, this behaviour is deplorable. Absolutely no help whatsoever and a real piece of work! Will NEVER be taking my dog here. If this is how they treat the owners, imagine how they treat your dog.
