VERY RELIABLE! From the first phone call to the very end of the project, every person we dealt with kept their word, did not keep us waiting, and was honest about time expectations. They were very helpful in choosing the type of railing when we visited their showroom. The installation was well done, and the final result looked just as was expected.
I called many other companies before choosing Forgex. Some did not return calls. The ones I did reach were more expensive than Forgex.
