They do my car inspection for Uber ride and then with their report I went to Canadian Tire and shockingly Canadien tire said they can't read and understand their report because it's french. I went up another garage they even refused to repair my car since the report not clear.

I never leave bad reviews. I think this is one of my first.

**Avoid this place for your Quebec auto inspection**. Take your money elsewhere, even if it's out of the way.

I'm from out of province having recently moved here and was one of the most confusing and unhelpful experiences trying to get my car inspected with an appointment made and showing up on time; the receptionist is not good (I could use more colourful words), at best. Judging by these reviews, I'm not the first and only one to have these thoughts.

If you're on the fence, new to Canada, or from out of province, don't give them the time of day. The five/four stars are probably from their friends or relatives or people who don't know any better.

Pire service pour l'inspection SAAQ. Il crée des problèmes inexistants juste pour faire payer la re'inspection. En plus ils sont plus chers. Très très mauvaise qualité de service! Je déteste cet endroit. En 5ans de Uber je n'ai jamais eu une expérience aussi négative avec un garage pour faire mon inspection. C'était de la maltraitance à la limite. J'ai fais 3aller-retours pour un phare qui n'était pas soi-disant bien réglé. Les garagistes n'y comprenaient rien. Je suis même allée chez le concessionnaire (la 3ème fois) qui a fait le réglage avec un appareil mais rien! St Henry m'a encore renvoyé Je suis finalement allée dans un autre garage et j'ai passé mon inspection sans encombres.

Le technicien a finis la vérification mécanique et m'a donné la clé, la caissière a servie 3 client avant moi et jeté très pressé pour allé au travaille ont m'a donné la clé à 7h40 la caissière m'a appelé pour payer à 8h05. En plus ils charges 6$ pour la vignette de l'inspection, la vignette coûte maximum 0.25$. C'est la dernière fois que je visite cette place.

The lady working on the counter is very slow, 2 hours to do inspection for a small car. My car being outside for the first hour no one touch it.

The best Mobile Trailer Repair techs in Canada, hands down. I've used them for a year now and if they can't repair it, it can't be done. Great customer service and reasonable rates. 24 hour mobile services available.

This was the worst experience I've had at any business. My inspection was for 10: 45am and I handed over the keys then and was told it would be roughly an hour. After 2 hours, I spoke with the receptionist (younger, black hair) :

Me - "How much longer will it be for my inspection? "

Her - "One hour. "

Me - "Sorry I know it should have taken 1, but I've been here for 2.5 hours will it be done soon?

Her - "One hour"

Me - "No no, I'm not new. It's been almost 3 hours and it hasn't been done yet? "

Her - "That's okay. "

At 3: 20pm she waves me over and asks what car I had. I respond, and she picks up my keys and documents from the counter.

Her - "Oh.now I understand. "

I checked the inspection document and it states it was completed at 11: 32am.

TLDR - If you are non french, you are in for the worst experience you've ever had. I also overheard them failing cars for trivial issues. Stay far, far, far, far away.

Good experience for inspection. Make an appointment and arrive on time. Inspection takes 1 hour.

Very bad service, people there are not polite and doesn't have even 2 minutes to explain to me the problem.

Worst place ever to visit.if you don't speak French good luck with the service.and they will screw you with minor default inspections.after 6 time I've been clear.so please stay away avoid coming here

I had a very good experience at this place. I called them and got my appointment the following day. On the day of my appointment I had my mechanical inspection done in a reasonable amount of time.

Horrible, discriminatory, disrespectful and incredibly rude "service". My partner arrived a few minutes late to his appointment and there was only one technician on site who said that he could "do nothing" because it takes "exactly" one hour to do a mechanic inspection, but that if the next client did not arrive he might do it. The receptionist who arrived around 7: 30 was also very rude. By 8: 10 the next client had still not arrived and as my partner approached the counter to ask if the inspection could be done, the receptionist immediately called the client to confirm whether they were arriving or not. Even when it became evident that this other client was not arriving, they still refused, with a mocking attitude, to do the mechanical inspection. The receptionist and technician were both incredibly hostile and discriminatory throughout the entire process. Horrible experience. Avoid this place.

Bon service. J'ai du me déplacer pour une inspection mécanique. J'ai été bien reçu et l'équipe a été courtoise. Ils ont répondu à toutes mes questions sans hésitation et m'ont donné quelques conseils afin d'éviter de futurs problèmes avec quelques pièces.

I didn't see place bad like this! Bad service bad stuff! My appointment at 7: 00 AM no one in the reception! The lady she come at 7: 30! Why give me appointment at 7: 00 if no one check my car before 8: 00AM and when the mechanic guy try to talk with me in French i tell him i am sorry I didn't speak French.he is angry! Its first time for me to write recommendation but seriously my recommendation for any one don't try to go there never ever!

The customer service is rude and the receptionists as well. Making fun about non French speakers. And they ganna fail you to pay them more (if you are planning to do the inspection with them DO NOT)

Service vraiment mediocre, personnel non professionnel, mauvaise communication, non courtois, attend long pour une simple inspection d'un véhicule leger prend presque 2h, et le pire lors de l'évaluation il marque pas tous, mon inspection donc a été refusé pour manque d'information, et quand je suis retourné pour leur mentionner ça, ils me disent c'est pas notre travail, j'ai du aller à un autre garage qui ma refait une inspection. Mon conseil évite ce garage.

Do not come here for inspections. They told me after the first inspection to simply put tape on a small piece of bumper, which I did, just to go back there and having them tell me they never told me to do that. I had to waste my time again and go get a new bumper. Unprofessional and rude. Save your time and energy and go somewhere else.

Unfortunately the service here was far from acceptable. Had shown up for my service on the incorrect day (my fault for putting it in my calendar wrong) and the lady was so SO rude to me, like i was the most inconvenient thing in her face. She then booked an appointment for me later which I was happy about, waiting for the usual amount of time, and I go to pay and she insists I tap, even though my card was already in the machine and pin was entered. Took out my card and taps it? Do not know why she was so rude.

On the flip side the service guy was awesome, sup chill and easy going! Very friendly!

One of the worst services I've ever had.the blonde receptionist was so rude. I kept trying to be polite with her and she kept making me feel like an idiot. While I was leaving because I didn't have the correct documentation, she screamed "c'est pas ben compliquer! ".

Very dishonest, making up problems, taking long time, don't come here.they are the worst of the worst.

Not happy with the service, I make a reservation in this garage, and the day which I show up with my truck; the front desk lady; told me that i didn't have any appointment reservation; basically they make me waste 1 day of work.

At the same time, they were not polite at all.

Just look for other option

If you come from other province to Quebec and wanted to do your car inspection at group st henry then good luck.they will do their super best to charge you as much as they can eventhough if you bring them a brand new car.professional thieves.

Service médiocre, ils te font attendre 1h pour vérifier quelque chose qui prends 2 min. Mauvaise communication, un me dit de changer une suspension à droite l'autre me demande de changer la gauche. La femme a la reception tellement irrespectueuse ça n'a pas de sens. J'ai 3 véhicule que je fais inspecter 2 fois par année c'est finit plus jamais je n'irais la bas. Que ce soit proche de mon bureau ou non c'est sur que je n'irais plus la bas. Je suis revenu 3 fois pour la même voiture faites le calcul 2h de perdu pour chaque fois sur 3 jours consécutif.

They will do their best to find any little problem in your car and charge you as much as they can.
Not recommended at all.

Good guys working, always inspects the car really fast, also can always find place even when I forget to book and appointment, reinspections take less than 20 min and no booking required.

Terrible Service. I had an appointment for 7 in the morning I showed up and apart from one grumpy disgruntled looking employee there is no one there to greet me. I waited a half hour before someone else walked by who then got another person who then asked me "did you just get here? Because inspections take 45 minutes to an hour. " to which i replied i had been waiting for a half hour. They casually say "I'll go look for someone". At that point I had enough and left, if you can't figure the basics of business which is treat your customers with respect then you ought not be running a business. Save yourself some time do not bother with these people. Moreover, there are other similar reviews; heed the advice, do not give them your money.

If you bring a good car, that has nothing wrong with it, you will pass.

If your car has problems, for sure it will not pass at any saaq garage. Why leave them a bad review if your car is not ok?

Do not judge them by some of these reviews. It's a very fair and nice place to pass a saaq inspection! They also have great hours if you have a 9-5 job.
