Lorsque Marie Soleil réponds avec son téléphone à micro qui fait trop de bruit et le genre party de filles qui rient trop forts qu'elle te mets en attente et ceci à 2 reprises sur 3 La troisièrme, c'était une autre personne.
Une perte de temps total
J'ai fait que demander des prix et je crois qu'il n'a personne qui est capable de te faire un estimation correcte, à croire qu'ils ne savent pas ce qu'ils font.
Les alarmes n'est pas ma force et elle ne fait rien pour bien te diriger.
Vraiment une mauvaise expérience, pourtant référé par une personne d'un blog de propriétaires d'immeubles.

Guard X came to our rescue - We have had issues for the last 5 year with a larger monitoring company - who ignored issues we had, alarms going off at midnight in our building because technician did not do repairs properly. Problem renewing contact, emails, phone calls ignored. Guard X came to our rescue. They performed our mandatory Annual Fire Inspections - and found errors, anomalies, and omissions in previous services (most importantly with CO2 monitor) in garage.
We have switched over now to their services to do our monitor 24/7 - so far very position.

Contrat de service récurent avec Guard-X dans une coopérative d'habitations pour faire l'inspection annuel du système d'alarmes incendie. Les inspecteurs devaient procéder à l'inspection entre 10: 00-11: 00. Comme l'exercice est extrêmement bruyant tous les locataires avaient été informés de quitter l'immeuble pendant l'inspection. Or, ils sont arrivés avec beaucoup de retard et on fait l'inspection entre 13: 00 et 15: 00 alors que tous le monde était de retour et travaille de la maison pour la plupart. Un retard non annoncé est hautement non professionnel, surtout dans les circonstances où on nous demande d'être en confinement.

Hired to conduct multi-unit condo fire alarm inspections at the Imperial Lofts. Did not respect starting times. Poor communication overall. Alerted entire building with each alarm instead of floor by floor.

We have been dealing with Guard x for fire protection for our buildings for years, lately in the past 3 years, their quality of service took a major decline. They are never on time, their technicians are mostly ignorant and don’t know what they are doing, they are money hungry and overpriced for what they provide. Very unprofessional and they damage your alarm system to try to sell you new ones. Just avoid them all together.

I want to give a 0 star if the system allows. This company charges triple the time they actually spent, the service sucks, never arrive on time. Try to avoid this company as all costs.

Despite the fact that their main business is fire prevention they had no problem filling my small CO2 tank for kegging beer. Fast and professional.

I believe this is the happiest company during the hardest covid-19. They refused to provide the work paper after finishing their work because of COVID, and reported to the office the wrong time. Even I was with the technician the whole working time. The office insisted to let me pay what more than I should pay, and told me if I want to pay less I should say before the work. How ridiculous! How could I know I will be over charged before the work. Also, remind that they won't fix your invoice even they promised, they will say they forgot and keep you waiting forever.

Will find any way to rip you off. Tried cancelling our services with them many times, but they kept sending us non-sense bills for services they didn't provide. Once you realize they charged you for stuff they were not allowed to (or did not provide a service for), will hang up telling you they will call you back, never call back. When you call repeatedly trying to get a refund for stolen money, they find an excuse not to pay you back. PLEASE AVOID.

Terrible service, the technician came to check the alarm system, the whole process was less than 15 mins, they charged for 45mins. The original oppointment was booked on 15: 30 and they came early at 14: 30, the company find a smart way, they just put extra time on my bill saying the technician worked more than estimated. Don't waste your time and money with this company.

INCOMPÉTENCE! AUCUNEMENT PROFESSIONNEL les employés ne sont pas formé convenablement ils ont percer dans une couette de fils dans le mur, sans rien réparer marche sur des boîtes en rangement dans le Locker brisant des objets, nous étions présents et ils n'ont aucunement fait part d'objets encombrant que nous aurions déplacer au besoin beaucoup plus facile de brisé la propriété d'autrui je ne recommandes aucunement.

500$ rip-off.

The alarm went off. I called them to know if there is a main switch. They said they would send someone.the guy came in, changed the sensor.

They charge 200$ per hour. They didn’t even mention about it over the phone

Just another company with scam practices. Don’t make business with them.

Ils m'ont a fais des trous partout (même mon enfant coupe plus droit) sans jamais ramassé ou même me consulter sur l'endroit ou installé le système. Les gardes robes vidés par terre ainsi que 2 portes de garde robe brisés. Le superviseur vient me rencontrer suite à ma plainte pour me dire que c'est parfaitement normal! De plus les employés qui ont effectué les travaux etaient arrogant me dise que c'était deja comme sa (chez moi) et clairement n'avais pas leur travail a coeur. Je ne recommende cette compagnie a personne je suis sure que vous trouverez mieux moins cher et plus professionnel ailleur!

Service rapide et polis, j’ai emporté 10 extincteurs pour faire inspecter et le jeune homme est venue prendre les extincteurs dans ma voiture et ma expliquer comment il va procédé et a répondu à toute mes questions.

Le service après les heures normals sont facturé à un prix scandaleux. 197$ /l'heure. Ont m'a facturé 527$ pour changer 2 petites batteries. Le technicien à pris 15 minutes pour changer les batteries. Ils ont facturé 2 heures à 197$/Hre! J'appel cela de l'escroquerie.

They keep sending bills even if clearly we didn’t prolongate our contract and told them that we don’t want to continue. They have been good, we had good service but when you say to a company to stop, they don’t get it! Initially the first year was prepaid and we ended up there. It’s just annoying and repetitive.

Now getting updaid bills, and threats of collection agency. Please fix the issue, would be appreciate. I Do I have to go publicly to express our issues?
