Guerlain Canada Ltd

I bought Mon Guerlain eau de parfum on Nov 1,2019 to find out that it has expired. It was sitting at Pharmaprix for 3 yrs. This company obviously has no sells reps so don't buy Guerlain products. I have asked Julie Mondi to please call me several times but she's too important for that. She emailed me telling me to send in my bottle and they would send me another one "in compensation"; all I want is what I paid for. When I told her I'd rather present myself in person to make sure the new bottle hasn't expired, all of a sudden her story changed and she said it would take a long time and I might not even get a new bottle. She was asking me when I bought it and playing dumb. I already sent her photos and a copy of my receipt WEEKS ago. This company is despicable and they need legal action against them. Their products are overpriced and they do not value their costumers. I didn't buy it at a warehouse sale, it was full price at Pharmaprix in Greenfield Park. Pharmaprix told me they don't refund or exchange and to deal directly with Guerlain in Montreal. Something smells VERY SKETCHY HERE.

Called numerous times in regards to a job opportunity. Not one callback.
