I'm so glad for this unpretentious gym!
Did not enjoy Énergie Cardio anymore, as it's ram packed at all times of day/night.
Plenty of equipments and clean.

Super great place to work out! Never too busy. So I hope this review doesn’t change that haha

Good gym, has most of the equipment you need. Very annoying is that the wifi never works and it’s a basement so no cell reception/data either.

Huge variety of machines, pretty big gym with tons of options for different types of workouts and different fitness levels. They even have rowing machines!

Gym is second to none! The range of machines is insane! There are 3 machines just to hit calves. 10 stations to kill lats.it's ridiculous.
There's also Nautilus lat pullover that barely exists anywhere else. It's a true artifact and tells quite a lot about the level of this gym.
At 7 pm there are roughly 20 people. Huge surface, pretty cool since it's in the basement.
The overall sentiment is: old-school hardcore gym with any machines and free weights to your liking. For people who mean business and want to progress.

Excellent gym de proximité, équipement variés professionnel (peu importe tes buts) machines cardios changées régulièrement.propre, peu achalandé.
Clientèle sympathique, facile d'approche.
Haltérophilie, crossfit, bodybuilding, boxing ring (extra), vestiaires propres.
Prix dans la moyenne.

Grand gym, beaucoup d'équipements (récents et moins récents). Beaucoup d'espace pour faire notre entraînement! Bon rapport qualité-prix! Je recommande!

Étant quelqu'un qui préfère le bodyweight et les barbells aux machines, ce gym a tout ce qu'il faut! Aussi, je me suis brisé la clavicule et ils ont étés très compréhensibles!

Not crowded. Relaxed atmosphere. Lots of machines, free weights and a nice sized stretching space with floor mats. On the ghetto side. When something breaks it never gets fixed. Reasonable price.

Super gym à 2 étages avec beaucoup d’équipement de conditionnement et de poids libre. Ambiance calme et amicale, jamais trop achalandé. Personnel très sympathique, vous serez très bien acceuillie par Catherine!

- Dispose d'un ring de boxe, une salle de crossfit, une salle d'haltérophilie et un étage pour la cardio. Beaucoup de matériel utile pour le powerlifting également.
- Nombre et variété des machines très satisfaisant, le temps d'attente est rarement long, voire inexistant. La fréquentation du gym est rarement élevée.
- Enfin, très bon rapport qualité/prix et horaires très permissifs si vous travaillez tôt/tard

The place is not well maintained, the machines are old. The staff and nice enough and the relatively low cost at least reflects what you're getting. I would not be a member if there were a nicer gym nearby.
