20$ le bol et à moitié rempli. Très décevant. Vous devriez revoir les proportions avec vos employés car certains remplissent le bol et d’autres non.

MAUVAISE EXPÉRIENCE!
J’ai commandé un repas via DoorDash et une fois le repas reçu, j’ai ouvert le contenant et il y avait plusieurs insectes à l’intérieur. Très décevant. J’ai dû commander un autre repas dans un autre commerce…. Aucune nouvelle de la part de DoorDash ni du commerce en question depuis la dénonciation de la situation.

First of all it’s not Mexican, it’s Tex Mex. Good service but the food is not that good. Too expensive for what it is

Ordered on 2 separate occasion both times the food appeared to be thrown into the containers, and on the second order the crunch tacos were complete soggy and falling apart. Maybe the dine in experience is nicer, but I would take a hard pass on the take out or delivery. Wrote an informative email and I received a >we will take that under advisement.

Plusieurs options intéressantes à prix raisonnable. Ingrédients frais et viandes bien assaisonnées. Les burritos sont mes préférés.

Très bon service à la clientèle, commis courtois et souriants. Les ingrédients sont frais, les portions sont quand même généreuses (ça m'a fait deux repas). Le format pour emporter est pratique, le bol est compostable et le couvercle recyclable. Je vais y retourner assurément.

J'adore les bols, burritos. Troooop bon! Le service à la clientèle est aussi très sympathique, j'aime bien ce restos:)

Minimal explication for new comers. I felt like I was bothering the workers by asking questions even though I was alone in the restaurant. Staff were not rude but they didn't make me feel like I was welcome and were happy to have my business. The food was very Mediocre but the portions were decent. The way the tacos were assembeled made it hard to handle, they threw the sauce and cheese on top of the tacos but when I say on top, it wasn't even in the shell so when I opened my package and tried to grab one, all the sauce and cheese had flipped over in my take out plate and was not part of the tacos anymore, it was just "a side dish" that I had to eat with my fingers since they did not include any cutlery. This was not due to the dish sitting in my car for hours since I ate in the parking lot 1 min after I purchased. They asked me ID (which is fine because you don't want someone from a red zone eating in your restaurant) but they also required I register by scanning my phone to their machine in order to eat inside. There's an application I needed to download therefore I ate in my car since the process was complicated and tedious. Being not everyone has cellphones, I found this to be an odd practice since this is not required by the safety measurements put in place by our goverment. If I owned a business in this day and age I would try to facilitate the process for my clients and make their food experience enjoyable. The food was pricy, 3 tacos for 16 dollars and no side dish or drink (unless you consider all of my toppings flopped in a corner of my take out box a side dish). For this price, there's way better restaurants in Sherbooke. I would not recommend this place nor will I return. If the staff would have been nicer, that the tacos would have been properly assembled (my 6 year old could have done a better job) and not just thrown in my take out plate with the sauce and cheese being barley on top and basically useless, I would have given 3 stars. To add salt to the wound, they charge an extra 2.50 for the guacamole (which in my opinion is the bases of tacos) even if you do not take all their offerings in the choices you have there's not possibilité to swap them for guacamole. Also, no lime is given, like really? This should be mandatory with each order, it's tacos and Mexican food, again, it's the bases. When I arrived and asked how it works, they told me "think about us as a Mexican subway. My bad, I.should have taken the clue and gone elsewhere. I would recommend going to El Tabarnaco which is by far a better meal, staff is much nicer and general ambiance is better. This should have no more that a 2.5 or 3 star rating max, much better Mexican food for the same price in Sherbooke. I'm glad I tried though because now I know not to go and can advise my peers not to go to this place.

Le serveur était très poli.l'endroit est propre et décoré simplement.la nourriture Est un peu sec mais rien de très grave car le goût est excellent.j'y retournerais n'importe quand

J'avais entendu des bons commentaires sur le restaurant mais j'ai été déçue. J'ai commandé pour emporter directement au restaurant. La musique était très forte et avec les masques et les visières je n'étais pas en mesure d'entendre ce que l'employée me demandait. Après avoir demandé à quelques reprises de répéter parce que je n'entendais pas, elle a roulé les yeux. J'avais commandé un gros burrito pour mon conjoint mais pour 11,75$ plus taxes il était très petit. J'ai également été très surprise qu'il ne soit pas grillé. De plus, quand j'ai dis bonne journée à l'employée qui m'avait servi, elle ne m'a pas répondu. Une employée un peu plus âgée m'a toutefois semblé très sympathique, tentant de faire la conversation. Pour la nourriture, j'ai trouvé que le prix était très cher en rapport avec la qualité.

Cher, froid, viande plastique, riz dur, extra crème sure pas appétissant. Très cher pour ce que c'est. Plus jamais. Je comprends pas pourquoi ce restaurant est encore la.

Its alright.what didnt like about the place is that they charge for guacamole. To my surprise, I didn't even ask for extra guacamole, which would have been normal if did.
Guacamole is the must for must for Mexican food.

Très bon comparé aux autres fast food mexicains dans le coin, ca ressemble beaucoup a Chipotle et le steak est du VRAI steak!

Vraiment les meilleurs burritos en ville. Je conseille de compléter le burrito en trio avec les croustilles et la guacamole. Le seul point négatif est le prix, le trio est prêt de 20 dollars. C'est quand même dispendieux pour un diner.

C'est tellement bon et différent peu importe ce que l'on prend on mange a notre faim je recommande

Expensive tacos, and very average service lately. Giving a positive review for the burritos.edit: Also I ordered Churros, and ended going home to find some Homemade Chips, very disappointing. Changed my review to 2-star.

Et dire que avant j'adorais allez là! Et aujourd'hui je suis décu! Il ne prenne meme pu le rabais étudiant! Et en plus il on réduit les portions! Avant les cuillière qui mettais ds le buritos etais combe et maintenant c des demi cuillières.le gerant es la pour watcher c employer sur la quantitié mis ds le buritos serieux je vais aller ailleurs

Toujours frais et délicieux! Portions très généreuses et rabais pour étudiant. Mon resto de restauration rapide favori à Sherbrooke et de loin!

Nice quiet place but meals were small & overpriced. We ordered a nacho that was served cold! The taste wasn't bad but nothing special

It's good for a quick bite for lunch. A little bit overpriced for what you get. I also ordered the queso and chips, the queso was split and didn't taste of much.

This resto is just like the USA version of Chipotle. Portions are filling, taste is just ok (no wow factor) and pricing is ok.

Nourriture super fraîche et de qualité, service rapide et courtois, belle diversité de menus qui plaira à tous. Option végétarienne sur place, possibilité de prendre une petite bière sur place pour agrémenter le tout. À essayer absolument!

Jamais, j'ai été autant déçu d'un burritos dans un restaurant mexicain: trop de crème sûre, trop de fromage, peu de choix, froid et cher. J'y retournerai pas.

Toujours excellent. Ils ont fait une erreur dans ma commande en ligne mais se sont bien rectifié et ont été très courtois. Je recommande vivement!

Rapide, bon, santé et bonnes portions.
On apprécie les ustensiles en métal et les assiettes en céramique pour moins de déchets inutiles! A quand les verres en verre?
